As a big fan of the ear hook style of earbuds, it’s often difficult to find one that blends comfort with functionality at a good price, but with the GOLREX Running Earbuds, I think I’ve found a good choice. Nicely packaged with a concise, easy to read set of instructions, these came with enough charge to use immediately. After pairing quickly with my iPhone, I changed out one of the soft tips for another of the three included sizes (S, M, L) and the fit was comfortable. Sound is clear and better than the more expensive pair I’ve been using, with the only drawback for me being that I wish they had a little more top end volume for when I’m mowing the lawn. Since I have a pretty significant amount of hearing loss at my advanced age, I’m sure this wouldn’t bother folks that haven’t endured 70+ years of rock concerts, working around jet engines, and teaching loud kids. Overall early impression is very favorable and I look forward to using these as my first choice of earbuds for walking, bike rides, and working in the yard. They aren’t invisible, but present a low profile when worn, cutting down on wind noise. Haven’t had them long enough to judge battery life over time, but after wearing them for a couple of hours initially while walking, they still displayed 100% when I returned them to their charging case. I’m pleasantly surprised by this earphones! They are sturdy built, they have a sleek design, and a well made charging case. The over-ear hooks are comfortable and secure, so they stay in place whether I’m at the gym or walking around. The fit is comfy for long listening sessions. The sound quality is fantastic for the price and calls were good. Pairing was seamless and the connection has been stable throughout daily use. Battery life is excellent: I’ve gone days without charging the case, and the LED battery display is incredibly convenient for keeping tabs on power levels. I also love the wireless charging feature. These are the third pair of this type of earbuds I have purchased. Why three? I'm notoriously careless and invariably lose one hence the repeat purchases. But I absolutely love them! Great price, great sound and super comfortable! They come with assorted eartips which is good because I have small ear openings, apparently. The battery life is outstanding and you can see from the charging case exactly what you have left -- it hardly budges! If I do need to charge the earbuds, the included USB-C makes it easy. Unlike my other two sets this charging case has a light that lets you know you've properly placed them on the charging ports. I'm using this now and I'm watching a movie on my Roku. Connects easily and stays connected. These were ready for use right out of the box at 100% battery life. Simply pair a new Bluetooth device on your phone and you're good to go. I got the pair in black but there are other colors. I just tend to like the black. Overall, you couldn't ask for better value than these Golrex Running Earbuds. I am not a runner but I do like to wear these when I'm walking or shopping or even just cleaning the house. They're very comfortable, I can wear them for hours and forget about them.
