I enjoy the flavor. The lozenge provides temporary relief on the most difficult days lasting for at least a hour or two. The added bonus is the Xylitol sweetener which is healthy for my gums and dental decay. I good cough drop can provide relief also but it does not have the extra benefits of dental care. I will buy again but at about $0.20 each lozenge it might be a little pricey so I do not use them as often as I other wise might. Caution to all users: Xylitol while good for us is toxic to dogs so be sure not to drop one and let your dog eat it. ... show more

There is no sugar and they are easy to use can carry one or two in pocket or purse individually wrapped just cut them off the package. Love the lemon flavor.
