    • The bottle didn’t open
I wanted the nail primer and the practice finger so I bought this. I couldn’t get the bottle open. So it’s useless. It takes a little bit more drying time on the acrylic, it’s not bad for $7.99

I absolutely love this nail kit! It comes with everything you need to start off as a beginner to doing acrylic nails. I've tried a lot of home kits for nails and I was quite impressed with this one. I'm the type of girl who's not afraid to do things myself, and I like that I'm able to practice on the fake finger before trying it on myself. (Practice makes perfect!) The base of the finger has a nice weight to it and the finger isn't flimsy, so it's not hard to work with. Once you get the hang of it, you have a lot better chance to have good results once you do your own nails. The chemicals smell like just a regular nail salon so I'm not sure what everyone is complaining about. A bit strong but not completely unpleasant. Just make sure you're in a well-ventilated room. Definitely a great kit for those who need help with that learning curve. I was able to create my own personal set- it's not perfect but I'm happy with it! If you're serious about learning acrylic nails please don't buy this kit. The brush is too big, the practice finger is cheap AF, glue doesn't work, and the acrylic is no good. This kit is not even good enough to be a gift! Please buy a mia secret kit and a good practice hand. $10 better spent on a sandwich than this cheap mess. ... show more

When I used the nail glue to stick a nail tip onto the replaceable nail, it would not stick no matter how long I tried to stick it on. The nail forms would not stick to the practice finger for long either. The quality of the acrylic is not very good, I tried to continue practicing with it, but ended up using my good quality acrylic instead. I'm assuming the monomer is meant for the practice finger only because I tried to use it on my own nail and while the acrylic was hardening it got really hot and started to burn really bad that I had to run my finger under cold water and pry off the nail.
