It works.. the sound is nice and loud, but it seems to need tuning. Almost as if it is missing some musical notes. I was able to play some songs on it, but the song book that it comes with is useless. I used it as an activity at a senior's facility. They enjoyed the calming sound of it. I like the way that it was packaged. It does come with a tuner, and a cloth for keeping it clean as well. Maybe I overlooked it, but I didnt see any instuctions on how to tune it. I feel like it should be in tune when I open the package.
