The media could not be loaded. I'm in rural Alabama living off grid. It has been 7 days with no AC. My previous generator went out and it jumped up in price another $200 since I bought it a year ago. My warranty only gave me enough for this one. I watched videos and compared prices and reviews for 3 days before I decided on this one. It's by far the easiest generator I have ever had or seen. The best part is it's easy to crank and...IT HAS A FUEL GUAGE BUILT IN! it can be hooked to others for more watts and it's super simple to operate . Great buy for the price and I plan to get at least a couple more. Runs for 8+10 hrs on one tank. Lightweight, not super loud.

When “Snowmegeddon” hit the DFW area in 2020 and 2021, I promised myself I wouldn’t be caught without a generator from then on out. I finally decided to pony up and buy one that we could charge our devices and use space heaters and electric skillets. This was one of the more cost efficient one out there so I went for it. Lo and behold, it was exactly what I needed! Works just as explained. The one thing I will say, please understand, YOU WILL HEAR IT! Do not let anyone tell you otherwise. BUT, if you’re using it for in home use and have it on your back porch, and you close the door/window, the sound isn’t that bad (especially compared to other ones out there). Overall, You won’t be sorry you spent the money for this one. Didn’t need to spend $500 or more for some good quality in a generator. Highly recommend.

I purchased this generator simply for the low price, huge mistake. I added oil and gas and tried cranking but not happening. I pulled the spark plug and it was wet from the gas so I tested the spark. No spark. I pulled a few more times and the spark mysteriously returned and the generator started. Still haven't figured that one out. When the generator started it ran for three seconds at wide open throttle and died. Tried several more times with the same results. I then noticed that the stepper motor on top of the carburetor had fallen apart. I brought the generator in the house and set it on the kitchen table so I could fish the broken parts from the generator. To my surprise gas began pouring from the generator. Now my wife is pissed. I contacted Amazon to try to get a resolution only to be told it was a nonreturnable item and I would have to contact the manufacturer. Good luck with that! They don't answer the phone number provided and the only response i got through email so far is suggestions on what the issues might be. 🤔 Amazon needs to step in and make this right. Refund my money or send me a working nondefected generator. Update: Amazon did provide a refund! Thanks

Great generator. Worked well and quiet. I did have the issue with the tank calapse that others have complained about but I’m sure it has to do with closing the vent with gas in the tank and change of temperature. I was able to take the plastic covers off and reposition, etc… just make sure to keep the vent cap in the on position when fuel is in the tank. I would definitely recommend as this generator is excellent for the price. I’m giving it a 4 star rather than 5 as they should say the vent cap issue in the manual but otherwise it would be a 5.

Loved the performance of this generator! It was easy to set up. It started on one or two pulls. Used to run heat and lights in RV. There is an On/off switch as a black cap that you CANNOT SEE! It would start, run, shut down because the fuel/run switch was not turned on so watch out for this. Not fun in the pouring rain. The unit ran for 8 hours on one tank with a light load. Intend to buy another for a daisy chain to run the whole RV. The unit is light and easy to carry. Much easier than wresting with a100#+ genny. Highly recommend.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I see this generator getting bad reviews from people who haven’t read the instruction manual or simply don’t understand small engines. Here is what you need to know: The gas cap has two settings. The “ON” position is for when you will be running the generator. The “OFF” position is for storage. If you run the generator with the gas cap in “OFF” position it will collapse the plastic gas tank and ruin it. The gas cap is vented. Stupid people should not run this machine. The other thing you need to know about this generator is that it ships dry, bone dry. No oil, and no gas and no air filter oil either. My recommendation is to pull the side cover off. Lubricate the air filter, fill the engine with oil and prime the carburetor with fuel. Then air fuel to the gas tank. Also check spark plug gaping. If you’re having trouble getting it started, prime the carb with fuel again and again until it runs on its own. This is a great little generator for short term power outages and I bought it based on a YouTube video I saw. However, do not buy this is you are not prepared to get your hands dirty.

Only ran it twice for days 4 hours at a time And we have our plastic separation the. Rubber chroma seal around the tank. It's misshapened, and the inner plastic. That holds the gas gauge up high, so you can see through. The people has sunken and fell down. Doesn't seem to interfere with the operation, but it it's not how it's supposed to be. After only 8 hours of use. No product, no generator should be doing this. After only 8 hours a year or 2 maybe but 8 hours no I. Almost want my money back. The manufacturer and the sellers should make this right. Because I know if we continue to run us, it's just gonna get worse and worse and worse, and then we're probably gonna have to junk it. If that be the case, it'd be my knot well spent
