Overall a good Chromebook, especially for the price. Keyboard has a good positive feel and layout. I like having the number pad. The HD 1080 screen is excellent, very sharp. Performance is great, very fast startup and switching between apps. WiFi is strong, it works everywhere in the house as well as outside on the porch. Battery life is very good even when watching videos. The touch screen is fine but since the screen doesn’t fold all the way back into a tablet it’s not something I use very often if at all. The only disappointment is the speakers. They are positioned on the bottom side which is not a problem when using it on a flat hard surface, but this is a laptop and when using it on your lap the speakers get covered by your legs so the sound is muffled. I'm used to working on a windows PC, so this took some getting used to. Fast start up. Most of the apps i tried are made for android phones, so the screen size of the app is about that of a phone or tablet. That's not very conducive to working on a laptop. I bought this replacing a chrome book that much older, much larger but great for aging eyes keys spacing perfect not so close together. My old Chrome book was a touchscreen, so this one is not but I bought a mouse and works very well. Much faster, great memory, very pleased with my purchase. Thank you ... show more
