It's dirt cheap ($50)....but there is a hole in the side, and it came with the wrong power adapter, and the sleeve that was supposed to be included wasn't, and humorously, there is a giant sticker covering the top of it. It's grey, covering a grey laptop, I guess it's like a scratch guard (I probably don't want to see what's under it). I'm on the fence, I got it for a specific purpose, but if I have to buy another power adapter and then start filling in holes with hot glue it might make more sense to just buy a old beat up laptop instead. I didn't expect much, it's overall much nicer than I expected, just some fairly major specific issues. ... show more

    • Unexpectedly disappointed
This was a replacement Chromebook for my son, and we were disappointed to learn that the “G” key doesn’t function properly. This item was ‘refurbished’, and with that there are certain expectations and an understanding that the item isn’t brand new, but come on- at least test the keyboard!
