I purchased an Aspire 3 with 32 GB Ram. Put many Acers in the company I worked for. This one my third. My wife used one that is 12 years old, fast and no problems. I am using no. 3 with all expectations met. All that said, Acer quality is excellent. None have ever disappointed me.

I had ordered the first laptop. It did arrive very fast. But when the box arrived, they had the product box packed up in a larger box but no cushioning. Just sloshing around in there breaking who knows what. Then I get the computer set up and working. It's intended for using for a lot of video conferencing for the wife's work. Then in the middle of a zoom session, the laptop randomly restarted itself at the worst time. Checked the event log and said it was "error" had occurred. Double checked settings to try and stop anymore random restarts. And then it did it again! in the middle of a meeting...again! So, this is defective. No biggy. It happens sometimes. So, I returned it and got another one. BTW, the 2nd one also had no cushioning in the shipping box. The next one had another defect! Could not detect or find the BUILT-IN web cam. Kind of the most important feature for a video conferencing laptop. Tried updates, drivers, etc. No dice. Another defective laptop. That got sent back to. I'm going to an in-person store now for the next one. Terrible experience and question the quality of the laptops this seller sends out. ... show more

Very solid laptop however it is not meant or designed for anything gaming related. This is strictly an office laptop. It does feel very nice, and has a nice slim/sleek design.

After 5 months the fan has started making noise. Attempted to contact and register product with Acer, but was told that the Serial Number/SNID was not valid in their system because the the laptop had been manufactured in another country and therefore could not be registered. I saw nothing about foreign manufacture on Amazon when I bought this. Lenovo support is of no help even though this is a Lenovo laptop. Also this machine frequently green screens. This has persisted through multiple Windows11 updates. My wife's non-Acer computer running same OS version and patch level does not have this problem. ... show more

This is the third Aspire I've bought but this one is a disappointment. The fan is super loud and there is no way to control or adjust. If I could return I would.

Do not buy this laptop. My charger broke and this specific model has no compatible replacement charger available anywhere in the US (or any county that I have been able to locate). I reached out to the seller and they were unwilling to help resolve the situation. I am currently left with a laptop that is completely useless and has important work files that I cannot access.
