  • 100% compatible with original boards. Low cost. Good value.
Color: 10pcs
Functional, exact compatible function. Appear to be overseas clones to me but functionally compatible with all other versions.

  • No driver issues, and comes with a good variety of pins
Color: 10pcs V4.0.0 Type-C
I bought these because a different seller sold me some that used a cheap serial chip. I have not had any problem with these, using standard CH340G drivers. They work perfectly with esphome and the pin labels on the PCB are very clean and readable.

  • They are pretty good recreations.
Color: 10pcs TYPE-C
They're not as good as the actual D1 minis. But, they are perfect for slime trackers. they have prime shipping tho. I mean, slightly less quality for around the same price. It comes to you in a couple days instead of 3 weeks? Bruh. What more can you ask for?

  • Hard to justify ESP01 when these are so inexpensive
Color: 10pcs V4.0.0 Type-C
Using these with ESPHome, because it's just so stupidly easy and flexible even if you don't use HomeAssistant. These D1's are so much more flexible with the pinouts, and direct USB-C power, reset, etc. I have tons of ESP01's, but unless I want the smallest format possible or have a workflow for them with a pre-printed circuit board; these D1 mini's are just so much nicer to work with. With a few minutes, and the price of a coffee and doughnut, you can automate, switch, sense just about anything, without needing much extra kit beyond a soldering iron and some wire. The D1 Mini are the perfect fit between small and featured. I rarely need more pinouts than these provide, and they're good for controlling a few things while driving a little OLED as well. Haven't had any issues, other than trying to write at 460800 baud I had some write failures, but no failures dropping back down to 115200. No bricking. I have not tried running these on battery with deep sleep, but I like that this version includes dedicated pins. On the list to try, wasn't a deciding factor. ... show more

  • Addictive
Color: 6pcs
Super easy to program in various languages. Lots of features. Works with Home Assistant using either MQTT or ESPHome.

  • Great little ESP8266's
Color: 6pcs
Perfect for IFTTT controlled light strips or anything else your imagination can come up with, as long as your coding ability is up to par! Easily write apps with Espruino, MicroPython, Arduino studio, platformio, or even moddable. 1 Analog port, so try to get Serial, I2C or SPI -controllable peripherals! The analog port is probably good enough for a servo or joystick encoder, but probably not sensitive enough for microphone waveform recording. Fits breadboards perfectly, runs on 3v but has a 5v pin (Vin should be direct from USB), and it's about 5/8 the size of a normal NodeMCU esp (lengthwise, same width though so it can fit breadboards). An essential part of any robotics/electronic project where you need wifi/bluetooth connection to any sort of sensor or data logger. Also consider having some esp32's on hand for some of your more advanced projects, as they have some better pinouts, processing power, libraries and extra hardware (camera, sound chip for voice commands, etc.) that are not available to the 8266 series. Check this seller's store as I think they have a variety available. ... show more

  • Decent for most orojects
Color: 10pcs
Is decent for some projects but not all. The signals drop frequently so you have to reconnect to Wi-Fi. Other than that, they work as they should haven’t had any problems otherwise. I would recommend esp32 instead as they have more functionality and support more features.

  • Works as D1 Mini
Color: 6pcs
I'm using these to build temperature sensors and integrate in Home Assistant. They are working well, have had no issues with programming them in ESPHome once I put in the correct settings. I did notice the USB pugs are not soldered in totally straight, but has not effected the cases I 3d printed. Update - Found out that I only got 5 instead of 6, but the seller refunded part of the cost to make up for it. Additionally, I've used 4 of them, one does not load my code properly. ... show more
