Cute bike, we bought for our daughters 5th birthday. Bike front fender damaged in shipping. Left pedal has an issue with the machining on the crank shaft. Either need to return the whole bike or try to rethread the crank. There was room in the box to ship with the pedals on.🤷♂️ UPDATE, The seller is great to work with and they have great customer service. They corrected the issue with the fender and sent me a new left pedal. Very happy with the bike and would buy from this seller again. ... show more

I was so excited to give this to my daughter for her birthday but I can’t even get the front wheel on. The directions say to loosen the washer and nut on both sides, even the instructional video shows them just twisting off both sides. I’m pretty sure they were put on with an impact wrench and even after using a clamp and all of my body weight, it’s still stuck. I’m also missing one of the pieces for the front tire. Great bike and simple assembly. That being said, I spent about 40 minutes doing adjustments to the caliper brakes and finally gave up. Whenever you get them aligned to where you want them, you will tighten down the hardware and they shift. There were a couple steps that didn't have instructions on how to mount certain things, but common sense will get you past those parts. EXTREMELY well packaged. ... show more
