Does exactly what itโs intended to do. I might update later to see how well it holds up and if it might rust which I hope it wonโt. I bought it for restaurant use as well so it will go through some thought times but if it holds up without an update then this will be an impressive shaker.

Gelatin Powder, chocolate powder, spreading flour for dough, and Cinnamon is what I use these for but any kind of dusting required for a recipe makes this so useful. Saves lots of flour when dusting during kneading.

These are a little smaller than the normal sized shakers which I like very much. When you shake powdered sugar, it doesn't go everywhere and make a mess. It shakes so nicely and I really like the smaller shakers. Would definitely recommend.

These shakers appear to be of high quality and they work well for powdered spices like finely ground cinnamon or for powdered sugar. I purchased a two-pack of the smaller size. The biggest issue I have is that the capacity is not as stated. No way that these shakers hold 6.7 oz. of product. I filled one from an 8.75 oz. plastic container of cinnamon that was only about 2/3 full (so about 5.7 oz.). This shaker only took about half of the cinnamon from the original container. I would guess that these stainless containers hold only about 4 ounces of product.

I got this for rice flour for my sourdough bread, and have a second one with all purpose flour. My mom used one to sprinkle cinnamon sugar on buttered toast and it worked great for that as well.
