I ordered the vegan leather option. Description is very accurate. The color was as described. The appearance and quality of upholstery are of a high quality and looks much more expensive than it was. The packaging was beyond what I anticipated and I was very impressed. The delivery company went above and beyond. The driver helped open the single package outside and carry the four separate pieces inside. Installation was a breeze. Simply use the already attached buckles to connect the left, right and center pieces. The ottoman is separate and does not attach. The only other operation was to screw in the legs. The sofa is very low to the ground (2 Inches). I later purchased and attached larger legs ( 6 inches), but that was a personal choice. I will warn anyone looking at this, the sofa is very firm. Some will like others will not. I will say using one of the three included pillows on the back, does increase comfort. Overall this provided what I was looking for...Modular (Over 8 ft sofa fits easily in my upstairs bedroom office), no separate cushions to rearrange or fluff, clean modern look. ... show more

Very much in love with this sofa to the point where I’m contacting the manufacturer about purchasing a second ottoman. My entire body is supported when I sit on it. The color is gorgeous (my pictures from the back are the true color), it’s super soft and plush with a little give. I have this in our “morning room” off the kitchen and so I needed something not too long so we could walk past it and not too tall so we can see over it, with a nice looking backside that’s also an updated version of modern and stylish (aka plush, deep, sort of boxy, and very close to the ground) and this is everything. The fact that I can’t have a tall back and still achieve the openness I need eliminates any “wish it was taller” thoughts. I also was aware of the measurements before purchase. I will be buying aCanva products for the foreseeable future. I’m honestly obsessed with this sofa and how much I love it. It’s also extremely well made, the seams are gorgeous, the material is not cheap even on the underside, and it’s easy to click the pieces together. ... show more

Love this sofa. Perfect balance of comfort and stylish. It’s really well made too. Doesn’t look cheap at all. Feels like it will hold up really well. Might be my favorite sofa that I ever owned. I think it’s comfortable too. Firm out the box but it still was great for a nap.

The media could not be loaded. So impressed with this sectional! The fabric is a beautiful and soft light grey, super easy to clean. Assembly was also easy, the legs and pillows were neatly zipped underneath the sofa, all I had to do was screw the legs on and latch each piece together once I had it placed where I wanted. Yes, it comes in one large box, but I highly recommend opening the box outside of your home and brining the sectional in piece by piece.. much easier than trying to shove a box through your front door! Never got it and paid for it. Talked to Amazon many times and they basically stole from me. Be careful when purchasing. The grey large sectional sofa I purchased recently falls short of expectations in several key areas. Firstly, the comfort level is notably lacking; the cushions feel too firm, and the overall support is subpar. Additionally, the material quality leaves much to be desired, with visible wear and tear appearing far sooner than anticipated. The design, while initially appealing, lacks practicality, as the sectional pieces are awkwardly shaped and difficult to arrange to fit various room layouts. Assembly was also a headache, with unclear instructions and missing parts.
