Exactly as described. Fits great in my 2018 Focus SE. Looks nice as well. Super easy to install, you will need to google how to install if you don’t know how to because there are no instructions. I swapped out the bulbs that were in my original light and it was an easy process as well.

I was able to easily unplug the old headlight assembly and plug it into the new assembly... it fit perfectly and works as it's suppose to! Very happy with this purchase and super easy to install, I did it in under 15 minutes. My old headlight unexpectedly stopped working even after replacing the bulbs and fuses, so I found this at a fair price and now everything works just fine! I rarely review things but these headlights are exactly what you should buy if you are trying to avoid the OEM assemblies horrible price of $600+ for the assemblies. Yes, they do NOT come with bulbs but that is not issue if you take like the extra few minutes to swap them. Had to replace it after a minor accident. Was easy to install and fit just like an OEM assembly. You will need to put 2 bulbs in, but it did come with the turn light bulb pre-installed. Overall a great option at a low price!
