Like the product, but the led socket was not installed correctly, so my plug couldn't connect properly. So I careful removed it and replaced it with a new one. I inspected the lens and not a mark on it, the vehicle never left the garage. So when I got Mr refund it was not what I expected. Claiming the lens was scratched, and a restocking fee! On a light that didn't work, that they had to repair anyway. So I got charged for that, which why I'm not satisfied with the way this company's does business. ... show more

Ordered for 2012 Ford Flex. Ordered a paired set and both came in damaged as shown. The top post that connects to the frame were sticking out of the box and rounded off the top of each post. Needs a heavy piece of cardboard at each point in the boxes to supply a product undamaged. Other than this the packaging was very good. Like I read in a review prior to buying these the RH headlight turning bulb cut out is not correct and has not been address in their quality control. Thought I had check this out prior to assembly but found this out in the end as I finalized my work. Had to take a box knife and trim off a little of the side of each cut out to get the bulb to seated properly. So, after reading the other reviews I am not completely deterred, but in dealing/seeing this firsthand now I would not buy these ever again. ... show more
