Size: 60" x 60" x 80"
Although I have owned lots of camping/screen tents over the years, this is my first grow tent. This tent is built better than any of those. I did lots of research and read many reviews and the most common complaints about grow tents seem to be light leaks and poor quality zippers. There are very few light leaks on a seam or two ( I would be willing to bet most tents will have some leaks ) and the zippers are heavy duty...as is the rest of the tent. The poles fit together nicely with a good solid click from the buttons. No redrilling of holes. From the way the tent is packaged (NOT stealth shipping though) to their storefront (nice professional website, with words spelled correctly!) everything screams quality. Even though I assembled it alone, it went up fairly easy. Like most other tent makers they assume you are assembling this in a 20x20 wide open area, which I wasn't, so you might not be able to lays things out like in the directions. I assembled the frame from the "ground up"as I did not have the room to build two halves and put them together like the directions read. Putting the cover on wasn't hard...just take your time and you shouldn't bend a pole or tear a seam. Though that may be hard to do as well as this is built. I like this tent so much I bought the 3x3 to use for a drying tent. Probably overkill for that purpose but I could not NOT justify spending the little extra $ to get this much more quality. I had ordered a competitor 3x3 tent and sent it right back. Weighed about half as much and poles were only half as heavy. For the few extra bucks.... All in all I don't think you can get a better bang for your buck. It might not be GG quality as I have never seen one in person but it's nowhere near as expensive. I also bought AC Infinity duct fans, carbon filters and ducting and ALL were packaged solidly and looked well built. Very happy with these purchases. If I would change anything about these tents it would be these few things (which seem to be common in most tents) 1. Additional hanging bar(s) or the ability to purchase them. 2. Doors that zip 3/4 of the way around the tent. I can see it from an assembly standpoint but I prefer to go inside my tent to tend to the plants and don't need all of that access to the plants from the outside. I would think that is a lot of weight for the zipper to support and might be a source for future light leaks. 3. Observation window? Why not just unzip the door a little bit and peek in? I wonder if a long vertical zipper in the middle of the door to peek in and slide into the tent itself to tend to the plants would work. You also have to unzip the door quite a ways to take advantage of the hanger to keep it out of the way when you do open it. More than I care to. The inside storage pouch is also located on this part of the wall that zips away. Could be on the opposite wall which is fixed in place. 4. Would like to see top ducting ports located a little higher. Just a few small things I could think of that would work better in MY situation. Everyone has their own ideas. I do know this though...after doing the indoor gardening thing for about 6 years now I can unequivocally give this piece of advice - Buy the best equipment that you can afford!!! I tried to re-invent the wheel and go the DIY route but in the long run it costs way more money and lots of lost time and effort. The old saying garbage in, garbage out holds true here as well. With quality equipment you can control your environment which is number one to successful indoor growing in my opinion. One more thing that tent/light manufacturers could come up with is a better system to hang filters, ducting, fans AND lights. The wire hangers, filters straps and ratchet hangers with carabiners is cluttered with ropes dangling everywhere and just not very "user friendly" especially for us old farts whose hand don't quite work like they used to! One more nice touch from AC Infinity is the fan control mount on the outside of the tent which allows for adjusting fan speed without having to go into the tent. All in all a very solid buy. • Look no further, this is the best
Size: 60" x 60" x 80"
This grow tent exceeded every expectation I had. I’m a research scientist by trade, and I spent years researching equipment before making this purchase. I don’t make decisions lightly, and I can confidently say I was not disappointed in the slightest. From the moment it was set up, the quality was undeniable. Everything about this tent feels intentional, durable, and thoughtfully designed. The materials feel substantial, the construction is flawless, and it creates an environment that feels professional and dependable, not flimsy or temporary like many other options I’ve encountered. The quality is truly exceptional. The thickness of the tent material, the strength and smoothness of the zipper, and the complete lack of light leakage immediately stood out. The instruction booklet it came with was exactly what I needed as a newer grower, and I read every page. Scanning the QR code and discovering the accompanying videos absolutely amazed me! They were clear, thorough, and incredibly helpful. My husband, who is a mechanical and manufacturing engineer, helped assemble it and was genuinely impressed. From an engineering standpoint, he immediately noticed the superior craftsmanship and smart design choices. That alone spoke volumes. What truly sets this tent apart is the confidence it gives you. I wanted to get it right the first time without needing upgrades down the road, and this delivered exactly that. After all the research and waiting, it was absolutely worth it. If you value quality, precision, and long-term reliability, this tent is an easy five-star purchase. I would buy it again without hesitation. ... show more

In my opinion AC Infinity is the best grow tents you can purchase, I've had other brands but I've had this for 4 years and it's still like brand new, zippers still work excellent..

Amazing quality. I am able to grow my dahlias in the winter in my unheated attached garage. Going on year 4 with this bad boy, highly recommend.

  • Private Garden? Yes Please!
Size: 120" x 60" x 80"
Surprisingly, I did not get this for the reason people think. I don't have a backyard and wanted to grow fruits, veggies, and recently succulents. It always starts as a small thing for me and grows to... well... buying 2 large grow tents. It has been an amazing experience, to say the least. I got their tents, inline fans, controllers, and oscillating fans. None of the products have been disappointing. This tent has great zippers that block out the light. You might want to get something for the extra utility holes if smell is your concern. They only use a string tightening. However, the tent does great under negative pressure (the sides of the tent even move my planter on wheels a little when I have my inline fan on higher settings). The material of the tent feels extremely sturdy, and I certainly put it through the ringer setting it up alone in a small space. Setting it up was easy if you follow the directions (and have the room to lay out the cover). The bars to hang things off of at the top are well made. I have multiple grow lights hanging off of them, along with a carbon filter and fan in each tent. The only teeny tiny cons I have are: The zippers only zip from the outside, so it's hard to close inside. The tent is so tight against the frame that it's hard to wrap anything on the outer framing. (Again, this one is so small because they give you plenty to hang off of outside of these. I just wanted to wrap cables around it for relief, but I had to hang them on other bars.) Lastly, the dimensions are the outside dimensions. This isn't a big deal. They probably state it somewhere. I personally have 2x4 planters that slightly don't fit, so it's a bit of a personal con. But please don't let those cons chase you off. These are great tents. They feel like a personal hiding space where I can garden to my hearts content. ... show more

  • What I wish I knew before buying this . . . but overall an amazing product.
Size: 60" x 48" x 80" 2-in-1
This review is specifically for the 60" x 48" x 80" tent. (5' X 4') The first thing to mention about this grow tent is the outstanding build quality. The material is top notch, and the zippers are what I would call "Marine Grade" after having lived on a sailboat before. The failure point of any grow tent is probably going to be the zippers (or the seams), and it seems that AC Infinity didn't cut any corners on the quality of these zippers. Now on to the nitty gritty . . . - Building was straightforward and instructions were clear, however you will definitely need two people to get the cover over the frame, unless you have a fetish for getting frustrated and inventing new curse words. With two people though, it slides on easily once you figure out which way is up. - The metal poles are really robust, way better than those on my previous "Vivosun" tent. - This comes with 3 long and 2 short hanging bars which are easy to move around in various positions depending on whatever you want to hang. I found them to be strong enough to hold a pretty big fan motor and equipment without any stress. - The assortment of vent holes available is well thought out. . . 6" and 8" on the top, four 4" on the back (two on top, two on the bottom), two 6" on the left (top and bottom). And each vent hole has a drawstring cinch on BOTH sides for an air-tight and air-tight seal. When not using them, just pull them both shut and it seals well. - The viewing windows are made with nice quality CLEAR thick plastic, and the velcro cover shades block off the light perfectly and the velcro is like industrial grade quality (again, leagues above the Vivosun and others I have seen). - My only main complaint, and the thing I wish I would have understood . . . This tent is designed to be in two sections, the main grow area on the left (4' X 4'), and the "seedling" area on the right (1' X 4') with its own viewing windows and access zipper. If you intend to use it like this, AS PICTURED, then you are going to love this design. But for me, I really only wanted a 5' X 6' tent because that was exactly the space I had, and this was the only 5' X 6' tent that I could find that was a quality tent. The panel separating the main area from the smaller seedling area is optional, as it just attaches with velcro. But with that gone, you are left with a 4' pole on the floor running from the front to the back, making it awkward if putting plants on the floor there. Removing it would require cutting off the 3-way "T" that connects it to the frame. Additionally, the shelf in the middle is not optional and not adjustable, unless you again cut the 3-way "T" on the frame with a hacksaw. While I appreciate the intention of this design, the lack of adjustability on this shelf is a boner killer. There is enough height to add at least one or maybe two more shelves for smaller seedlings, but there is no built-in way to attach additional shelves. Clearly it was designed to give seedlings to grow up a bit. I built it as designed to start with, but I will probably wind up cutting off that shelf with a saw or leaving there and attaching another shelf to hold more smaller plants. - For anyone who happens to want to use this for primarily smaller plants, I found that I was able to put a shelving unit that measured 18" D×48" W×72" H on the left side, after cutting off 2.5" from the top of the shelf corner poles. The width of the shelf EXACTLY matches the width of the tent frame, so the feet of the shelf rest on the frame supports. This is actually perfect, as it means the shelf feet are not on the floor fabric. I fixed the shelf securely to the frame with a bunch of zip ties. This is the shelf I used: B08XQFG5RR - As for value, if you like the tent as designed, you get what you pay for. But clearly there is an added cost to having the separate section with the divider fabric, frame, and additional shelf. If you don't need that, then this seems a bit overpriced. I wish AC offered this exact same size tent without that feature. Overall, while I was a little frustrated with the design for my specific needs, this is a FANTASTIC tent that looks great and meets my needs. I would definitely buy another AC Infinity tent, this is leagues above my previous Vivosun tent. ... show more

  • AC Infinity's first gen ten review, great product overall, few things for improvement
Size: 60" x 60" x 80"
I was one of the first to order and receive a Cloudlab tent. The Good: The overall build quality is excellent. The zippers appear similar to my MarsHydro, however they are the best zippers I have used. This includes zippers on jackets, tents, jeans, etc. When you first use them they glide very smooth. Considering zippers are one of the most important features of a tent, this rates very high to me. After all zippers are one of the wear items that would be difficult to repair if there is an issue. The material is listed as high density 2000D canvas. It is heavy duty and feels slightly thicker than my MarsHydro, however not as thick as a Gorilla. It does an excellent job of blocking incoming light and anything heavier is most likely over kill anyhow. Support beams are thick and support the tent and accessories well. For most applications, they are more than enough. I am sure they would support the rated 100 lbs. My Mars is rated higher and doubt it could support more than my AC Infinity. Love the plate to mount the controller. Since I have an AC Infinity controller, it looks great and fits as expected. They even included velcro if you have another brand controller or want to mount a small display. The Bad... I have the 866 (5'x5') tent, largest they currently sell. At the widest point there is a seam. The stitching is very good, however there are seams. I doubt there would be seams on a tent less than 5 feet since it the last foot. If they made a 4'x8' the square footage would be 32 compared to 25 and they could have avoided the seams since the length is not an issue. It does not leak, but does not lie completely flat on the bottom of the tent and the tray. When I set up the tent, I put the seam on the tray on the opposite side of the bottom or it would have increased the bump. It was nice they included a pocket, however the placement is on the second section of the opening and it is sewn in so you can't easily remove it. I can open the front section of the door without impacting where the pocket is located. Occasionally if I want to the front and the side (it is one long zipper), then the pocket will open and flap down if you are not careful. It is not a huge deal, however an easy remedy would to place the pocket on the opposite side. This would correct the issue mentioned and make the items in the pocket more accessible since I could easily reach it by only opening part of the front. Why did I buy it?!? I bought it for two primary reasons. I have only seen a few tents, so I watched many videos and read ratings prior to making a decision. Overall AC Infinity makes quality items at a fair price, so I was inclined to give them a benefit of doubt based on their reputation. Secondly, they offered a warranty. While I don't put a lot of faith in warrantees, I did not find another tent to offer one let alone 3 years. Pretty impressive that they are willing to stand behind their product. Lastly, I use the room beyond a grow room and loved the pics and colors. Black like every grow tent I have seen and a nice grey accent. It looks nice in the room and like the pics. I would buy again. The seams are a slight concern if I were to spill a lot of water, but I think this is minor and would not stop me. The smaller tents probably don't have seams or the need to open the door up beyond the front. I rarely do on my smaller tent. It is a great value, high quality are a comparable price and absolutely love the zippers. ... show more
