This item is ok, what makes it not perfect is the padding is thin, it is not like what appears in the picture. The material is somewhat flimsy, I had to sew a part of it so that the torn hemming does not spread more open. Also one big concern is the reclining mechanism. You can change positions so that the head area raises , in a sitting position. Be very careful with this, a family member was using it, the bracket gave away and they slammed their head back. The bracket maintaining the position did not break but you have to really insert the tubing into the placement. Also if you move, the legs or stands will collapse down, which can once again change the position. I would say this part needs improvement. What I do is I tie an elastic band or cord around the folding joints. It's hard to explain this in words. I contacted the seller to return the item, the shipping would have cost me $30, I decided to keep it instead and like I said, I will enhance the safety of it myself. ... show more

After reading reviews about the thinness of the pad, I did not have high expectations. The pad arrived shrink wrapped and appears very thin even once opened and left to air out. Once it goes in the dryer for 10 minutes though, it fluffs up substantially. We do have a Klymt Static V camping pad on standby in case we need some extra padding. The frame appears to be very sturdy as well. We are using this as a camping cot for my husband who needs to be reclined. He is about 5'6"-5'7" and this fits him perfectly and he is very happy with it. ... show more

I thought the mat going on top of cot would have been thicker like picture on Amazon. You could feel cot, no way would a guest be able to sleep on that all night. I will use a chair outside to read not as sleep cot.

It’s basically a heavy duty pool lounger with a nice thick cushion. We might have kept it but, our only complaint really was it was simply too short for my old bones to camp with. It’s also quite big and heavy for me.

Just got the order, and the cot itself is pretty sturdy, but I will have to upgrade the pads if I want to be comfortable they are very thin and came poorly sewn together. Recommend the cot, but the pad will have to be replaced.

I love the fact the lounger has double use. Sleeping on or sits up for sun bathing too. The cushion is not firm enough to not feel hard so will have to buy a piece of memory foam to put under the cushion that came. Also theres no way to keep the lounger from opening after folding it up, & no carry bag came with it to carry it. ... show more
