The only reason it's not 5* is that the ac plug and the 3 prong plug will slip and pull out. I know if I just parked it and plugged it in it would be fine, but I tend to use it when i watch tv and I move too much. My old one got messed up because of my moving or trying to move, and running over the 3 prong, and smashing and cracking it. I found a place to place it so I don't accidentally run over it. It's also 3A where my original was 4A, so charging takes a little bit longer, but if I charge when in bed, or other times it's not in use, I does it's job in the time I let it. My main concern was would it charge the batteries on my Jazzy, and it does so I am happy. ... show more

The one I purchased had a fan that made more noise then I cared for...unfortunately...it also had a charging issue. Green light never came on after many hours of charging???? But the vendor sent what he advertised, quickly. Thank you

The item worked well for the purpose it was intended. It was much less expensive than the factory charger since most all medical equipment is way over priced just because it says for medical use. Item was shipped very fast.
