I have 6 metal drawer units, each about 2.5 feet tall and 1.5 feet wide and deep, with 4 metal mesh baskets for drawers, which I purchased several years ago at a brick and mortar. Having recently discovered the joy of putting wheels on everything - wth took me so long - I ordered 1 set of threaded stem casters size M4 to try them out (from another source, it wasn't this product). I was only able to get those (wrong and from another source) caster stems halfway into their respective posts even though I knew there was enough room in the interior of the posts to get them in all the way because they were about the same length as the stems of the leveling feet that originally came with the drawer units. After looking into why, I became aware of the difference between Metric and Imperial standards for caster stems so I started looking around at Imperial sizes. When I landed on the page for this product from AAGUT and saw how much care these people took to explain the Metric/Imperial difference and how to determine what product you need - even if you found out you DIDN'T need this particular product - I felt encouraged by that care and integrity to try this product. My casters arrived today and are a perfect fit. The wheels are nice sized, large enough that they hit the baseboard of my walls with their gentle non-damaging plastic selves long before the edges and corners of my wall-wrecking metal storage units get there - and the wheels are big enough that my afternoon of shoving them robustly in the direction of my walls did not once result in tipping AT ALL even when the gentle wheels hit my baseboards at speed. I really appreciate that unexpected feature, demonstrates the benefits of manufacturers not shaving every corner fine just to save a couple pennies. The casters seem quite sturdy, more than enough to support the weight of my storage units and their contents. The unit on casters is perfectly stable. The casters glide smoothly and swivel nicely, and all 4 come with the capability to lock; it's easy to switch them between locked and unlocked. They roll quietly across my hardwood floors. They are not the least expensive of all casters, but of the Imperial size they certainly seem to be competitively priced. They came with all the stated contents included but I didn't need the threaded adaptors. You will need to supply a wrench to fully tighten the threads into posts, which was noted in one of the photos AAGUT provided. I am so happy! I strongly recommend buying from AAGUT if you determine this is the product size you need. I am, at least 5 more times.

I have an old printer/storage cart that became separated from it's wheels during a recent move. I had no idea there were different stem sizes for replacement wheels. After 2 unsuccessful purchases of standard wheels, I was so glad to see that this particular company had a chart and sold the smaller stemmed wheels. When they arrived I was able to install them immediately and they were the correct ones! I may still come across the missing wheels from my cart once all of my office is fully unpacked, but for now I am able to use my cart with no issues and not damage my hardwood floors!!

Excellent product. Fairly easy to install, but needs directions to make sure your you don't break something. Does not come with casters (wheels). There are holes on the four bottom corners where casters c could be placed. I ordered a set of casters, and the holes in the base were too small and the casters would not connect to the base. I am thinking about enlarging the holes with a drill bit. If you try that, and it does not work, it will not damage the base. My suggestion is for the manufacturer to include a caster size that will fit the holes or enlarge the holes slightly so the average caster size will fit. Definitely worth the money!

These were easy to screw into the wheel base and tighten. I gave them three stars because the lock pops on every time I move the desk I added them to. Then I have to bend over to unlock them to have them pop back into a locked position the minute I move them. Not very convenient. They seem that they are pretty heavy duty and will last, just the inconvenience of the locks on the wheels not working properly.
