I got this for our extreme chewing lab. As long as I keep some treats in it, she was chew for hours. What I like most is that although it’s durable. It isn’t hard as a brick like some other products we’ve tried. (When those hard/heavy chew toys fall off the bed at night, it causes a nerve rattling and loud sound effect lol). It’s also not as painful to step on as others as well :). At the end of the day, as long as the dog likes it. I like it. Happy customer here.

My dog loves it. He is a strong chewer but there’s not even teeth marks. The only downside is you’re supposed to be able to put kibble or treats in it for mental stimulation but the kibble falls right out.

My very aggressive chewer has yet to destroy this toy! She loves tossing it around and playing catch with herself, or having a good chew. Not clear on where to hide treats in to, so we have not used that aspect of the toy yet.

When I ordered this, I was just looking for another rubber chew toy to add to my younger dog's collection. She gets bored easily so I have to add new toys to the mix every few weeks or she chews my baseboards. What I didn't realize was that this toy is hollow on the inside so you can line it with peanut butter or treats to add extra intrigue. Now even if she gets bored of it, I can add some flavor to the inside and she's instantly interested again. And despite chewing through wood and destroying any toy made of fiber, she hasn't damaged this one after about a month. Highly recommended if you have destructive chewers!

This was not a big hit with either of my dogs unless I was throwing if for them. The super chewer did eventually decide to "kill" it as she does every toy. It was above average in durability but not strong enough for those very determined chewers. But nothing ever is! I liked the size and that I could actually throw it for the dogs. It had a minor odor, which smelled like plastic. I guess I am just used to companies that add bacon or cheese scent to their products so the smell wasn't a bad thing. But I think that is why the dogs were more attracted to other toys over this one. I actually liked that it didn't have the artificial fragrance.

As soon as I got this out of the plastic cello bag it was in, I was hit with this really strong citrus smell. As I do with all dog toys, I gave it a good hot rinsing. The smell didn't go away, so I washed it one more time and set it outside to air out. After 2 days, the smell started lifting off. My pup got a hold of it when we were outside and has been obsessed with it since he's been bored with his other toys. This 'doughnut' is a great treat toy, I smeared peanut butter on the top bumps, and also in the inner ring, and toss in some of his favorite treats in there to stick onto the peanut butter. It keeps him entertained for a good half hour. I can see filling up the inner tube with a water or yogurt for the summer so he can keep cool, since the inner lip is high enough to be able to put some liquid in there without it spilling over. I do want to mention that he doesn't have an interest in it when there's no food in there. For the price, this is a good toy. It's durable, my pup is an EXTREME chewer, and other then small indents from his teeth, he hasn't made a single rip or tear into this. Taking away one star because that initial smell was STRONG, and it's still there- although not as strong. Unless I missed it, the listing doesn't state anything about a 'flavor', so I'm curious if the smell is intentional. If it is, maybe stating it in the listing will be a good idea.

Our Australian Shepard seems to enjoy and has not destroyed so far. Any toy with a squeaker last about 5 minutes. We are still experimenting with what treats to put in as the opening. Dried food and treats fall out almost too easily. We have found chopping up a bully stick and finessing into the opening keeps our dog vey occupied. We have contemplated putting peanut butter inside but not sure I want to deal with that mess. Overall It is a very well constructed toy but you may struggle to find the right treats to keep your dog occupied.

This toy is a flexible silicone type material, which is a favorite material that my 8 month old puppy likes to chew on. The toy is a little small for my 60 lb puppy and his bottom jaw was stuck inside the hole, but he easily pulled out. I filled the interior with kibble and the dogs had fun moving the toy around so the kibble would fall out. Other than that, my dogs have very little interest in this toy, not sure why, maybe it's a smell or taste thing? The toy seems to be of high quality, but I can't attest to its durability since it's getting very little action.
