Update: after posting this review, the seller reached out to me and offered to replace the defective light pad. I just received the product today and it does indeed fix all of the original issues the first light pad had. I have to give major kudos to the seller for backing their product and making sure the customer has a working product that meets and exceeds expectations. Thank you. Original review: I want to like this charging pad, but with more and more use, I worry about the longevity of the pad thanks to a very loose and finicky usb c charging port. From the first day of use, I don't see a charging indicator light on the pad like instructions say it should have. It also has had a very loose charging port since the first day and it is only getting worse with each repeated recharge. Also, it does not take any other usb c charging cords except the one that came with the kit. It has a great amount of brightness settings and I do like how long the battery lasts, and the included carrying case with it makes me feel safe carrying it around my home to use in different spots. ... show more
