I’ve had this product for over a year used almost everyday and still works like the day I bought it. I would love to give it 5 stars but imma have to give it 4, which I really hate to do cause this is a great product. The reason for 4 is because it comes with a very thin plastic film which is like a big sticker that covers the entire face of the light. It does eventually start bubbling up in tiny tiny random spots. So I was like oh I’ll just take it off. NO Don’t Do That. If you take the film stuff off the light goes from 100% bright down to like 20% the film like reflects it or something. Luckily I’ve done enough detailing where I got the film back on with only minor bubbling. But the film if your not careful will eventually fall off. ... show more

I love it! I'm buying another one for my friend's birthday. We both do 5D diamond painting and both have trouble seeing the little tiny numbers and this is a life changer!

    • Light Flickers No Matter What I Do
At first, the light worked well...Like a lot of other users, I found it was easy to accidentally turn it off, but figured out ways around that. I use this for diamond paintings, and the light was bright on the high setting....then within a couple of months (of minimal use,) mine started flickering when I use it. I tried changing the plug I used (I plugged mine into an electrical outlet)...that didn't help. I tried plugging it into a device instead of the outlet, still got the flickering. I'm not sure if it's just the nature of this tool....maybe they don't work well after a few hours of use...I'm not sure how long they are supposed to work, but hoped it would work longer than a couple of months...Sadly disappointed that it lasted long enough that it can't be returned. ... show more

Used maybe five times and then died. The LED was great and bright, but I did notice that it got very hot by the power switch. So disappointed. Now I have to find another one. Update 6/6/2020: received a replacement immediately which really impressed me! Unfortunately this product is garbage! Have used it four times and again I am having an issue with the USB cord and connection. The USB connection pulls right out of the light board; so once again, I have a broken product. I guess you get what you pay for. I’ll have to try it more expensive product. 🙁 ... show more

    • Light pad missing charging cord.
Received the light box today. Does not look like the one in the description. Does not appear to have an on/off switch just a solid black edge on one side with no lettering. Does have slot for usb charging but arrived without a charging cord and no instruction booklet to possibly find correct cord. I do have a couple of different usb chargers that I have collected with other items but none fit. I noticed others mentioned a film covering but not on this one. Thought it would be a little more convenient for a few small projects but should have just used my larger one. ... show more
