It was a process to get the machine up and going. But customer service can walk u through it u just have to be patient because the time zone difference! I am happy with my machine and the quality of prints are amazing.

Edited my one star review. The printer is HARD to get the settings just right. It took a ton of wasted ink and paper to get one simple logo to print correctly, but the customer service was very patient and helpful sending what settings should be used and remotely working on my computer. I purchased hoping it would be like a normal printer - just upload a photo and click “print”, but that is not the case. A large learning curve, but works if you can be patient. I still have not been able to print a single useable transfer, but will update the photos once i’m able.

I could not get the printer installed initially, but customer service was able to install. The printer is not compatible with my antivirus program. Had to uninstall antivirus in order to install printer. Was not a good idea. My computer kept locking up if I tried to go to any sight. Would not let me proceed stating that I had acquired a virus. Tech support said I could not use my antivirus program. Had to uninstall the printer.

I was skeptical about chasing since the price seemed a little too good to be true. However, the product works perfectly. There is a learning curve even from someone who has many other types of printers, however the support offered was incredible to fine tune setup!

Ordered this printer after seeing the glowing reviews (which I am starting to think are paid or bots) and spent HOURS trying to get it functioning. The setup is all from a USB dongle, went through it 3 times, and nothing, the film would move, the printer would make noise, not print. Ran the tests on the printer, tests work fine. You can't find the company online, its some Chinese company, the address on Amazon is even in Chinese. Its an almost two thousand dollar paperweight. Returning for a refund as this thing simply does not work. As for all the "great support" comments, where? Where is the support because that certainly wasn't my experience.
