If you're looking to replace components on your A20, then giving this kit a shot is worth it. Overall the earmuffs seem to be made decently and are comfortable enough. The material is soft and comparable to other replacements. They're a little tricky to get onto the Bose but once they're on you'll be happy. I didn't find it necessary to replace the headband pad on mine, but it's nice to have in the event it wears out. The extra mic covers are also helpful. I did find the inner earcup foam to be poorly glued together, so be careful with those as it's easy to accidentally peel them apart. In all, they're a decent option if you need some replacement parts and don't feel like paying premium from the manufacturer. ... show more

    • Affordable alternative to the expensive Bose ear cushions
Bose wants $49 for this same kit (but there's has only one mic muff). I end up replacing these ear cushions about once a year. I didn't bother replacing the OEM headband on top. If you have never replaced these ear cushions, try to find a video online. Basically, get one edge started and kind of spin it and gently stretch it on.
