It was pretty easy to do, they fit just like the originals and were easy to match up. They color match with the factory pads as well, no big differences noticeable as far as I can see. They seem to be good quality so far, with full functionality in terms of noise cancelling and good results with comfort for extended wear. For the price I think they're a solid value. This get its rating because of the value and convenience of these. I landed an airplane and after the 3rd person at the hangar looked at me funny, I went to a mirror and saw the telltale black crusties on my ears from my original headset. The manufacturer recommends these get changed out every 6 months or 150 flight hours, and now I see why. Putting these on isn't the easiest for the first time, so if you're in a hurry the first time, give it a few minutes. These are tough. Since the original ones kind of fell apart when I pulled them off, I was worried the new ones here would do the same. Not so. These are tough and can handle the stretching it takes to put them on. The getting the flap in the groove is a manufacturer thing, not a problem with these. So, after replacing these, my headset is like new, and I think the next time will be a lot easier. Note on the pictures: The first one shows my old and the new cushions and the second shows them installed. Highly recommended. ... show more
