Good light weight hat offering protection from sun and minor bumps. Decent quality but is one size fits and sits rather high on the head. Friends thought I looked like a jockey. Ha, is was Derby day.

I wear this every time I surf. It's a little harder to duck dive, but no big deal. It gives me confidence, and shades the sun, and keeps rain out of my eyes. I love it.

Nice head protection, not quite a real helmet but this works pretty well for what it is. I would avoid using this for anything that needs real protection, however if interested in something that can help with some lower risk activites such as efoil, or beginning kite surfing this is perfecdt

Five stars for style and the idea. It looks great and I would use it even without the head protection just for the style and sun protection, every time I go surfing with it I get complimented on it and people are surprised it’s also a (kind of) helmet. One star for quality. The threads are cheap and all fell apart after a month, I had to redo and reinforce them all. Also could use a hard shell between the hat and the bump cap, I added one I bought for 5 dollars on amazon. I hope this company succeeds and comes out with a better quality product. ... show more
