as one buyer said the filter is not as thick as the OEM even though it says it is 1.18in it is closer to 1in or less. The outer edge has foam around it so it fits tight but could leak some smell by the filter if strong enough. I am not sure it is OEM quality due to the size and the foam gasket around it. ... show more

The filter itself is almost 2 times thinner than the OEM filter! Also, there are about one and a half times fewer filter ribs.

    • Smoke smell will seep through the sides
This is not a true replacement to the OEM filter. Outside smells will seep through the foam lining on the sides of this filter.

My only issue is that none of the parts for this brand are marked so If I order multiple parts for multiple cars I don't know which is which when they arrive.
