Replaced the ridiculous OEM horn in 2014 Subaru Outback. Completely compatible and loud, sounding like a real car, and not the high pitched meep-meep of the original. for $17 I wish I had done it earlier. Was straightforward to replace...followed video on 1AAuto in which they go step by step replacing the horns on a 2013 Subaru. Mounting the horns was simple since I just followed the video. Additional benefit...First time taking the grill off the Outback, but learned doing that also accesses the headlight and sidemarker bulbs...turns out taking off the grill is way easier than sticking your arm through the wheel well liner and replacing the bulbs by feel only.

Excellent Product, worth the Extra Effort! I recently purchased this electric horn, and while I’ll admit it wasn’t exactly a plug-and-play installation, I couldn’t be happier with the end result. The factory terminals on my car didn’t match the new horn’s connectors, so I had to cut the OEM ends and splice the provided wiring harness for it to work properly. It took a bit of patience and attention to detail, but the instructions and included hardware made it a manageable project even for someone with moderate DIY experience.
