(Updated review) Unfortunately after 3 months the alternator took a dump. Purchased another alternator from the same company and installed so I wouldn’t have to go without an alternator in the meantime. Contacted them regarding my 2nd purchase and asked if I could apply my warranty and explained that all I needed was a refund since I purchased a second unit from them not even three months later. They responded immediately which surprised me. They asked if we could send them a picture or video of the problem so that they can figure out a solution. I explained again and they again asked for pictures and or videos so they can determine the next step. So I guess that needed a short clip of me having to take our other vehicle tu run errands since this one wouldn’t run. Finally they responded again. Their response was laughable. Option 1- return unit and pay shipping. Once they checked the unit they would send a replacement but I had to pay $50 for shipping. Option 2- This one they highly suggested. I can keep the old one (yippee!) and pay them $50 for a replacement unit. Yes you heard right! So my choices are eeerie similar. Pay or pay and take out the trash for them. Warranty is pointless. If you are in a position to pay more for a better unit, do it. Not worth the hassle. (Original review) Purchased a car for $500 for what a few mechanics said they could not figure out what the issue was. Immediately replaced alternator and it came back to life. Amazing lol! I bought this alternator for my wife and her jeep and had it installed 2 years ago and the thing just went and stop working last month they are selling these a good price BUT doesn't last that long i suggest pay a little more to get a better one
