    • An Average Lawn Rake
This is an average lawn & leaf rake. There's nothing particularly bad about it, but nothing outstanding about it, either. I just used it to rake some dead leaves around some shrubs and bushes and it did the job quite effectively. It's an average size -- 22.5" at the widest part of the rake -- and it has 25 steel tines. The handle is wood, but it is secured to the rake head with just a single screw, which could present a problem down the road. I have purchased other A.M. Leonard products in the past which were of very good quality and have lasted a long time, but this rake was made in Taiwan and doesn't seem to be of the same high quality.     • handle did not fit
It was the wrong handle, there was no taper on the bottom of the handle it was the same diameter all the way, the hole to mount the handle on the rake was 3/16 of an inch and the screw was inly 1/16 of an inch and only 1/4 inch long, so I had to taper the handle down until it fit the rake then drill a hole through the rake into the handle and out the back of the rake and install a 3/16th bolt and nuts, a big bother when it was supposed to be ready to use. ... show more
