I absolutely love this generator. It always starts right up on the first pull - every time! What else can I tell you? It powers my 30A RV no problem. I do have to choose between the toaster over and the A/C for the few minutes when the oven is running. But other than that, it does it all. Plenty of juice. And it’s reliable. I have to leave to go work; sometimes long days…11…12…maybe 13 hours. I come back and my dog is still just fine relaxing in a cool 70 degree RV, when it’s 90 or so outside. Great product. Cheap Garbage. Used this during a power outage. I pulled the cord over and over again to start.(which is difficult after it starts up the first time. After that, pulling the cord normally rubbed the cheap plastic casing, destroying the oil pan and the generator at the same time . Costs over $400 and was cheaply made trash with virtually no warrenty. DO NOT BUY! ... show more

I had storms knock out power for almost 2 weeks. I got this day after the storm hit and I had it running 24 hours a day for nearly 12 days!. Has not failed me during that time. First start up took a few tries but once it got going its been steady. Powered my sump pump, refrigerator, TV, gaming system, some lights and fans. No regrets. ... show more

Works great, but ... There's no hour meter for keeping track of hours used for oil changes, and the power switch stopped working within 2 weeks, it wouldn't turn off, but I was able to choke it to shut it off. There is no drain plug for doing oil changes, you have to tip it, potentially spilling gas, to drain the oil from the fill hole. I live off grid currently, it runs pretty quiet on low idle, little louder when running full idle. On low idle I can run my fans and TV no problem and it will run on a tank of gas for over 12 hours. On full idle it doesn't run as long, but will power my AC or Microwave... Haven't needed to run the AC for a little bit since the temps are dropping nicely finally. Update: power switch started working again, not sure what was going on with that. Also, it really does not like wet weather. In warm or dry weather it starts pretty easy, but if it gets wet at all it takes forever and about a zillion pulls to get it going. Once started though it runs fine. I do recommend some sort of cover to keep it dry. Still wish it had an hour meter, I have to "guess" when it is due for an oil change. ... show more

Unit is lightweight and surprisingly powerful for its size. Added supplied oil to engine reservoir and unit fired up on 2nd pull. Tested output at 59.9HZ and 121V, voltage varies slightly based on load but frequency remains steady. Load tested with 3 heat guns, 1550W/1200W/1200W for a total of 3950watts; unit ran all 3 for about 30seconds before overloading which is to be expected for a unit rated at 3600 continuous watts. Reset unit and ran all 3 heat guns with one of the 1200W at the Low setting (approx. 550-600W), for a total of about 3400watts without any issues - unit handles a 3400watt/approx. 28amp load and I don’t doubt that I could get an additional 200watts out of it. Impressive power output for such a small machine. I was skeptical as the unit has some mixed reviews but for the price I don’t see how you can go wrong. This is an initial review as I don’t have any hours on the unit yet, will try to update regarding longevity after significant use. ... show more

I read some of the comments and wasn’t sure should I buy this, but it turned out as a very good product! The seller shipped the generator very fast. The package is in great shape when it arrived and the generator is light weight. I added the engine oil that came with the package into the generator then add fuel. Turned the two button to on mode as instructed in the quick start guide, then I pulled the string and the generator starts working already. Very smooth and easy to get it started and begin to use. I then plugged a fan and a light and they worked perfectly. Noise level is acceptable and not very loud. Easy to load to the car for a camping trip. It is also a great electricity backup at home. Definitely recommend this product. ... show more
