I bought 2 packs of this printer ink to have on hand. I needed to refill black ink for the first time yesterday. The cartridge is full but did not work. my printer errored out and said it was the ink cartridge so I opened the second box and got the same results. I replaced it with the old original cartridge and my printer works. so i bought 2 boxes from you that do NOT work. Big waste of money!!!! ... show more
