This 9000mAh Zero-Cycle New Battery for iPhone 13 Pro Max from XYIRMCYF comes with basic tools -- but me would say you have to also get a really good screen separator clamp as well as a HeatGun or a Heat Mat/Pad to open up the iPhone & to remove the old battery if you want to Do-It-Yourself when replacing the battery. For instance, the IFIXIT Anti-Clamp + the IFIXIT iOPENER Heat Pad both look like good affordable tools to get & those tools are available here on amazon. Because without the proper tools you may have difficulties removing the screen & removing the old battery. Based on my own experience, me would say you do NOT want to do the PRY-OF-SHAME where you may end up having difficulties & resorting to prying out the old battery & where you could end up bending the old battery & thereby maybe cause it to possibly spark & smoke. So please my advice is to Have the Right Tools to minimize the difficulties when trying to replace the battery. ALSO: Highly suggest you watch the IFIXIT video & read the IFIXIT web page on how to specifically do this & also watch other you tube videos on how to specifically open up & remove the battery from the iPhone 13 Pro Max. Anyways this battery looks excellent & I expect its tremendous 9000mAh capacity to provide really long life as well as more hours per day(s) of usage -- but I still have install it to really examine the iPhone, with the new battery installed, by connecting it to the 3UTOOLS iphone diagnostic utility software on my computer to check out this "super capacity" battery. NOTE: as a third-party user-installed battery, you can expect the iPhone to provide an "important message" in the iphone settings app about the battery possibly not being genuine. There are ways to fix that but it would involve soldering pieces from the old battery. But for me so long as the new battery works then me would say to not panic & to disregard such notices. If you are unsure about doing this battery replacement yourself, then go find a local phone repair shop to do this for you or instead go get an official battery replacement from an apple retail store. Anyways this is a battery replacement project that I'm looking forward to doing myself after I receive my order of the proper tools from amazon. Thanks AMAZON & XYIRMCYF.

Having never opened up any Apple product before, I studied every YouTube video and document I could find on the subject first. This replacement battery comes with everything you need to get the job done, except an anti static wrist strap (I already have one from my standard PC toolkit). Installation went smoothly, taking me about 20 minutes from disassembly to reassembly. Placed on the charger for the standard 24 hours for any new battery. It took about 6 days of heavy usage before needing to charge again. Charging works with both standard lightening cable and magnetic charger, using original 20w block it takes 2.5-3.0 hours for full charge. Tested for several weeks, consistent power usage and charging times throughout. Performance is everything claimed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

You could pay almost two grand for a brand new phone that is essentially no different than the one you already own, or you could save a boat load of that money and buy this battery instead. I personally did not have the guts to pry open my iPhone on my own to install this battery and risk all sorts of unforseeable programming issues. I highly recommend finding somebody in your neighborhood who does these sorts of things for a living, and pay them to do it, instead. You'll still have saved thousands of dollars by the end of it and have a fresh, new powerhouse of an iPhone.

I replaced the battery with this one and it restored its original performance after the first boot. My phone is noticeable faster than before after replacing the battery. Installed the new battery without too much trouble (took about an hour). Charged the phone overnight. After sitting in my pocket for three hours the next day, it's at 60%. Look elsewhere for replacement batteries.

My wife's iPhone battery was so bad that it could only be powered on for a few seconds at a time. Thanks to my experience with repairing my own devices/hardware, opening up and replacing the battery was actually pretty simple. Since it's not an official battery for iPhones you won't be able to see battery health, but I'm sure most people would prefer their devices to hold a charge for long period of times. So far, her phone is running great and actually staying powered on. It's great that the repair kit comes with the necessary tools to complete the job.
