Every time i try to fast forward tracks the player closes and I have to navigate back to the track when the screen turns back on and there's no way for me to resume my tracks where I left off pretty much rendering this thing useless to me since I mostly listen to audiobooks hours long. Great, affordable mp3 player. Easy to set up and upgrade with bigger TF/SD card later. Touch controls are pretty responsive. I figured using it would be pretty straight forward for my dad who’s older, but uses an Android smart phone already. I hoped I’d be able to connect this via Bluetooth or USB A-C cable to his 2026 Ridgeline, but sadly no luck. The truck connected to the device, but couldn’t seem to identify any audio files. Maybe I put the files in the wrong place…will have to play with it and will update if I can get it working. ... show more

I was looking for something old school. A well built pure MP3 player without a lot of gimmicks. I found it in this little device. It was easy to load my music on to the micro sd card. It works extremely well. I'm going analog by reducing my screen time on my phone. Apple has discontinued the iPod several years ago, and I would like to listen to the music I want without the distractions and notifications. In the late 2000s, the 2010s and early 2020s, everyone around me is trying to convince me to rid of my physical media and enter into the own nothing phase. The nice part about this is it's a direct transfer from my MacBook to the player. No internet connections, no doomscrolling on social media with the music playing. Bluetooth is superior. It's a shame that my Skullcandy USB-C earbuds would only work on my phone. My Skullcandy earbuds connect beautifully.
