When I don’t take it every morning I feel sluggish. I plan to definitely keep recording this product. No problem with taste or smell. Three of us tried this. No energy noticed. We are taking it anyway. Way to expensive not to, it has many good things in it. But when it is gone we won’t reorder. Sorry. 🙃

I’ve been taking Meta Seven capsules for a while now and it works for me. Take it Monday thru Friday as I really don’t need the extra energy on the weekends. Don’t get the midday droops, I don’t drink energy drinks, only have half-caf coffee in the mornings. It’s also said to help with weight loss, I can’t say if this has helped me as I am a bodybuilder who goes to the gym to lift weights three days a week. ... show more

It's alright but I don't feel great using it all the time. I take to the first thing n the morning. I''m gaping to inish this bottle snf then stop it to see if it makes a difference.

    • Still in the TRIAL process.....
I'm not certain how much of a difference this is making but I have noticed I do feel somewhat better. I still lack the proper amount of sleep and I think that may be why I haven't noticed a complete change with META Seven.

I have multiple health issues and Meta-Seven has helped me a great deal to feel healthier, more energetic, helps lower my blood sugars too! I just feel better over all in taking it. My daughter suffers from Fibromyalgia and Lupus. I began sending her bottles of Meta-Seven over a year ago and she got the approval from her specialty Physicians to take this product. My daugher says it really has helped her with her memory issues she suffers from with Lupus and has given her energy as well. She says her mind is sharper due to taking Meta-Seven and even though Lupus is kicking her fanny right now she is grateful for Meta-Seven as it does improve her quality of life. ... show more
