Works like one would imagine vitamins would or should work. I could tell a difference in my energy levels immediately, but in subtle way. No heart palpitations or jitters. Doesn't keep you up at night. You just take the pill every day and then very slowly you realize that you're getting more done every day. Items on your 'to do' list that have sat there for weeks (OK - months) are getting done. Will definitely continue to take as long as I can afford it. That's the only drawback - expensive.

Three of us tried this. No energy noticed. We are taking it anyway. Way to expensive not to, it has many good things in it. But when it is gone we won’t reorder. Sorry. 🙃

It's alright but I don't feel great using it all the time. I take to the first thing n the morning. I''m gaping to inish this bottle snf then stop it to see if it makes a difference.

I’ve been taking Meta Seven capsules for a while now and it works for me. Take it Monday thru Friday as I really don’t need the extra energy on the weekends. Don’t get the midday droops, I don’t drink energy drinks, only have half-caf coffee in the mornings. It’s also said to help with weight loss, I can’t say if this has helped me as I am a bodybuilder who goes to the gym to lift weights three days a week.

I love META-7. Just as advertised it gives me extra energy to power through my afternoons without needing a nap, and does not make me jittery like caffeine does. When I don’t take it every morning I feel sluggish. I plan to definitely keep recording this product. No problem with taste or smell. As with all capsules I take it with a warm drink and I have no trouble swallowing META-SEVEN. I highly recommend this product for people who need just a little energy boost to remain active all day.

I have multiple health issues and Meta-Seven has helped me a great deal to feel healthier, more energetic, helps lower my blood sugars too! I just feel better over all in taking it. My daughter suffers from Fibromyalgia and Lupus. I began sending her bottles of Meta-Seven over a year ago and she got the approval from her specialty Physicians to take this product. My daugher says it really has helped her with her memory issues she suffers from with Lupus and has given her energy as well. She says her mind is sharper due to taking Meta-Seven and even though Lupus is kicking her fanny right now she is grateful for Meta-Seven as it does improve her quality of life.
