I was looking for some small candles to spread around my apartment and decided to give this 9-pack a try. Overall, I’m pretty happy with them! The scents are well done — the Amber is my favorite, very warm and calming. The Cedarwood has a nice earthy vibe that makes my space feel a little cozier, especially on a rainy day. The Sandalwood Rose is the only one I didn’t love as much. It leans a bit too much toward a strong perfume scent for me, but it might be a hit for others. The jars are a nice amber color with simple labels, and they feel good quality for the price. They’re on the smaller side, so better for bathrooms, bedrooms, or desks rather than trying to scent a big living room. I also appreciate that they're made from soy wax and clean-burning — no weird chemical smell when they’re lit. For the price, these are a solid buy. They’d make cute little gifts or stocking stuffers too. I’d definitely order again, maybe if they offer different scent combos next time.

These candles smell SO good! I love how many you get in a box - 3 of each scent (vanilla, amber, cedarwood). You could easily tie a bow around these and give individual candles with some goodies as a Christmas gift, or as a takeaway gift at a dinner/party, or a work thank you gift. I just love them. I thought I would gift them to friends, but after smelling them, I only gave one away - and only because she happened to be there when I opened them and hinted around long enough that I relinquished one - but I'm keeping the rest - they smell SO good! They look good too - the amber jars with soft tobacco labels are so pretty, they are meant to be seen. They burn cleanly due to the soy wax (my favorite), and the deep, heady scent lasts due to natural oils. Burn time is amazing too - they say they last 270 hours, and that seems believable because mine hardly look like they've been used at all, and I have been using them quite often in the evenings while watching TV.

When it comes to candles, let's face it: making a blind purchase can be a bit of a gamble. But sometimes, fortune favors the bold, and that’s exactly the leap I took with this particular candle set. What drew me in initially was the price point—it seemed just right—and, of course, the intriguing fragrance names that promised a sensory delight in this sequence: Tobacco and Vanilla, Amber, and finally, Apple & Cinnamon. Upon receiving the set, I was immediately impressed with the presentation. Nestled securely in a box that exuded elegance and simplicity, each candle was well-protected from the rigors of shipping. The aesthetics of the packaging alone make this an excellent gift option for those who appreciate both style and substance. Scent being highly subjective, I always find it tricky to elaborate on in a review - nevertheless: - Tobacco and Vanilla: more vanilla than tobacco, it is a nice combination that works well, sweet and earthy notes combining. - Amber: Another warm fragrance that evokes a sense of luxury - it reminds me of one of my old cars that had full leather upholstery. - Apple & Cinnamon: This one I felt a bit meh about.. its basically a generic cinnamon fragrance that is very commonly found in any store's candle aisle.. it is not at all bad if you like this fragrance. The throw of these candles is a bit light. This might be great for those who don’t want overpowering fragrances, but it would have been better if they were more potent. I moved the candles from my living room to my bathroom, where they filled the space well. I then moved them to my slightly larger office, where they also did a good job. However, in our large open living room/dining space, they barely filled the air after a couple of hours of burning.
