The color is a fun departure from the usual yellow or black, but after putting it to the test, here's a breakdown: Pros: Bright and Bold: This level is a real head-turner! The vibrant green color makes it easy to spot in your toolbox, which can be a lifesaver on cluttered work sites. Triple Threat Vials: It has three bubble vials for level, 45 degrees, and 90 degrees, which is handy for most basic leveling tasks around the house or workshop. Magnetic Muscle: The magnets on the underside are strong enough to grip onto metal surfaces securely, freeing up your hand for other tasks. What's nice is that I can always find this torpedo level because of the color. I'm impressed with the quality and the strength of the magnet. It's simple, accurate and affordable. This is an inexpensive option for those needing a level and don't want to break the bank. I must have at least 10 levels in different lengths up to 6 foot. I find I use my torpedo levels more than any because they are easy to transport in my tool belt and for most of the things I do, it's all that is required. Don't let the price fool you. I ordered this to keep in my toolbox and use it mainly for plumbing projects. It's small, so that's where it excels - I would not use it for anything along the lines of flooring, framing, etc. You need a larger level for that. The level itself works. It reads accurately and is very easy to read. it's plastic, but the edges are cased in metal - so it's still sturdy and lightweight. The main reason I ordered this level over other ones is for the magnet. The magnet, unfortunately, is super weak. It won't even hold to my metal toolbox securely.
