The instructions were great and made it easy to put together. It took two people about an hour. The drawers are actual good sized drawers! I've purchased other dressers where the drawers were too small to hold anything substantial. These hold all our clothes with room to spare! Customer service was phenominal! So friendly and immediately helpful! I did not realize that one dresser came in two boxes that were delivered a few days apart. So I thought I was missing parts.     • Wonderful product but a pain putting it together!

This cabinet turned out beautiful... Much better than expected. The quality is excellent. Drawers that glide smoothly and fit perfectly, it looks quality and not cheap at all. Well worth the price. The whole cabinet (I ordered the 3 drawer) is amazingly very nice. A nice surprise! The only thing was putting it together. Seemed like a thousand tiny screws. It was overwhelming because the directions were very lax. This a problem especially for a senior who is not good at all at this stuff. I had to hire a handyman to put it together for $100. That didn't make me happy. But looking at it now, it fits the place I needed for perfectly and the drawer sizes are perfect. I gave it a 5 star inspite of the problem and cost building it. If you are good at doing this I say order it because it really is top quality. I don't know how to do a photo here but it looks just like the photo provided in ad. ... show more

This is a really nice dresser, it's overall just a little shorter than I thought it would be but I'm not sure why I expected it to be taller since I read the measurements before I bought it. Anyhow, it's perfect for smaller rooms or organzing crowded rooms. The drawars are a decent dept, one drawer could hold a good amount of unfolded clothes. I'm just really happy with how sturdy it is – my 12 year old literally put over half of it together by herself before my husband jumped in to help, so it's not too complicated to build. Also the grey/beige wood look is really pretty on this, it doesn't look too tacky or cheap! I really like this dresser. ... show more

    • Well designed but quite a project
Super heavy box. The Good: Contents are well labeled and instructions were easy to follow. Alignment was accurate but you're going to need a cordless screwdriver. (A full-size drill would be too powerful.). It's a good looking dresser with decent quality materials. The Bad: There's not a reason in the world that the slider tracks for those 7 drawers couldn't have come pre-installed. Having to install 28 of them took a lot of time and patience. There are sections of the install with a warning that 2 people are required and they aren't joking. It was only me and it was a challenge. The entire assembly took at least 8 hours. If this is your first assembly project it is a good one to undertake because it is accurately engineered so that all the pieces align well with the pre-drilled holes. UPDATE: The seller contacted me within 24 hours to correct the issue and sent me a completely new dresser with all of the parts included! They were very kind and quick. We really appreciate the help they provided! The dresser is now built and it is beautiful and sturdy. Lots of room for clothes and sturdy enough that it will last for a long time! *Old review* The dresser seems like it has nice material, but we were unable to put it together because there were no instructions or hardware. We can’t even tell if we have all of the dresser pieces because we don’t have instructions. I’ve reached out to the seller and will update when/if I hear back from them. My son was very disappointed that we couldn’t put his room together. ... show more

Both of the main side support boards arrived scuffed and cracked in half. I contacted the seller (Overseas I'm assuming, they respond around 1am once a day) and they sent an ENTIRE replacement dresser. The replacement dresser was also damaged... but less so this time, only 1 support, so they shipped a replacement board. Third time's a charm, received the part and assembled a functioning dresser! Now then, 3 weeks after ordering... The dresser works fine. That being said, there is no way to level the dresser on an uneven ground, so USE THE SAFETY STRAPS TO PREVENT TIPPING. I also recommend floor shims if possible/necessary. Do keep in mind it is extremely soft particle board, so pay attention to directions (which are accurate) and assemble slowly with HAND tools. And also keep in mind if you order it "white" it will show ever bump, scratch, and imperfection. Also, it's machine made, so there are accuracy issues with pieces not quite lining up when fully assembled. They claim to replace if necessary, again... I'm not going to attempt to. But if you do, very friendly customer service. You get what you pay for though 😅 ... show more

I am giving this product 10 stars, not only because the product is nice, affordable, and gets the job done, but because their customer service is exceptional!! I have ordered several furniture pieces from Amazon, and have had no issues with any of the products holding up, this one included. This dresser came in 2 boxes. The top of the dresser in one of the boxes came damaged and cracked. I reached out to the seller, and they promptly sent out, not another piece, BUT AN ENTIRE NEW BOX! They sent it via Fedex, and through no fault of the seller, Fedex damaged the box when it was en route to delivery. Dealing with Fedex about that is a whole other story. When I reached out to the seller again, without hesitation, they sent out another ENTIRE BOX despite the fact the issue was not caused by anything on their side. We finally got the box in and were able to put the dresser top on and have a completed product. I tell you all this because I have never dealt with a more gracious seller that was so quick to respond and even quicker to resolve the issue! They are TOP NOTCH!! ... show more
