I really wanted this to work but there is just too much play in it to do most things shown in the pictures of the product. I tried different configurations for a good 2 hours and the issue is, by the time it is taught enough to keep people climbing in it off the ground, the sides are too high for any kid to climb into it. No matter how much you synch it down (I used ratchet straps) the material sags in the middle and you end up on the ground. I am likely going to return it but if you want it for a thing for kids to climb into and be off the ground like a cargo net, this will not work for that. You will need a ladder for them to get into it once it is high enough for kids to not touch the ground. Even when all sides are 5 feet high off/parallel to the ground, 100 lbs (2 kids) in the middle cause it to sag down and touch the ground. You could possibly fix this issue by interweaving some webbing or less stretchy line into it? As is, it did not work for my purposes which were pretty in line with what the product photos show.

We fashioned our net into a huge tunnel hammock. It's enjoyed by our 10 year old and 9 year old. We have enough trees that we will likely spread it out next year. Our main concern and choice of creating a tunnel was to keep our 4 year old from jumping in it. He likes to sway. This is a very versatile net and extremely durable and versatile. We love it!

We really wanted to use this for our nieces and nephews, but when my 35 lb niece causes the ends where it connects to the poles to start to rip, it was a safety hazard.

This product arrived at my home the next day! It is very well constructed and looks like it will last a longtime. The grand-kids LOVE it! You have to make sure you have 4 trees or posts spaced at the right distance for this net to be tight enough. Some kind of adjustable tension is important. I used ratchet straps between 3 trees, and It isn't tight enough. 4 trees a little further apart would be better. Still, it is by far the kids favorite feature in our play yard.
