Great toy. delivered promptly, came packaged well, in good condition. Our son loves it. Awesome birthday present. But difficult to separate USB charging cable from rechargeable battery. When attempted by our 10 year old, the wire to the USB charging cable pulled completely out of the connector. Is it possible to purchase another USB charging cord with its part of the connector?

Note: If you have trouble with the wrist controller, the following worked for us (the instructions that come with the car make no mention of this) In order to use the wrist controller, you need to leave the hand held remote turned off, power on the wrist controller, and then power on the car. To use the hand held remote, power off the wrist controller, power on the hand held remote, and then power on the car.

My son originally got this as a Christmas gift from his grandma. It arrived broken unfortunately. The back wheels wouldn’t lift up and down. So I returned it and repurchased a new one. And this one is a dud too! The wheels work this time, but it doesn’t drive properly. It’s sooo slow, drifts to the left when trying to drive straight, and is impossible to drive on carpet. (It’s low pile carpet too) Really disappointed. Ugh.

This is a cool little car that does all kinds of neat stuff. I didn't realize you can put water in it and it turns it into a lighted vapor that looks like a jet or something. Hopefully it lasts but so far, so good!

Before purchasing, we watched the video and considered it to be perfect. Until we received it. The video showed it climbing on rocks and used "off road". We live in Florida and our grass is nice and thick. It won't climb through grass! It works great on a floor, driveway or sidewalk though. But the instructions really don't explain how to make it climb. We kept getting the wheels stuck together trying to make it climb and had to click them back in place. It is fast and looks robot-like. Probably a very cool toy for kids to use on a flat surface, but not in grass. We didn't even bother to try and use the wrist band controller (other reviewers said it didn't work well). I feel it was a little pricey since it didn't do what we hoped it would.
