They've set the bar high for me
Ya know....I was real skeptical about getting this phone, biggest worry was if T-Mobile and Verizon (Tello and Visible) going to work. I can confirm they both work and work well. RCS chats work like they should. No it didn't work out the box and I had to input a special code in the dialer and turn of 2g to get everything working properly. This phone has features that aren't even talked about. Like the ability to record calls in Android 15 which if you know like I know, google disabled that ability. Battery life is an easy 3 day affair with decent usage. frankly....this phone checks all the boxes I've ever wanted in a phone. If I were being nit picky I wish it had a thermal camera like other rugged phones and better camera quality overall, but other than that. this is a solid piece of kit. It is big, it is heavy...but unlike other phones like this...it's the perfect sweet spot and I got use to it no problem. I come from a one plus 13r and Samsung s23+ for context. Since I'm writing this I may as well help anyone else who maybe interested in setting up service for it since I notice a few people returning the big brother tank 4 pro. To work with Verizon all you have to do is dial *#*#08#*#* change your IMEI & MEID from a phone you already have service with Verizon, then go to your sim settings and disable 2g and that's pretty much it from what I remember. The info is out there if I missed anything. Also, The One plus 13r screen protector fits ok on the phone.

It's very loud to listen.
This 8849 tank 4 had been one of the best phones I had ever bought, it's really good and sturdy for a phone, it's battery is super excellent it gives me 4 days before another charge and I play music watch videos browse the net and make and receive call for the whole day int 3 day, it works perfectly well on the LTE Digicel and lime network here in Jamaica, the projector is awesome when watching movies, I have no regrets of buying his phone. I would highly recommend it to anyone else

AVOID. 30 days & broke // pocket drop=broken projector. Also missing vital Tmobile band n71 +more
Sending it back for a refund. Two small drops and it should not have been damaged more than some scratches... My projector's glass screen shattered and my screen is cracked from it falling off my lap onto the tile in my bathroom. Mind you I've dropped my One Plus and Samsung Galaxy phones plenty of time in there, [sitting on my throne, playing on my phone]. Likely this is my First and last time buying from 8849 NO 71 band BEWARE! T-mobile/Mint/Metro anyone on T-mobile bands/frequencies plan. T-mobile is using band 71 for future 5g and this phone doesnt have it. Dropped phone while at grocery store bc it's big n thicc and was pulling down my gym shorts... Unsure if that's what broke the projectors protecting glass, but likely. sitting on the john, screen cracked.Tmobile is basically building all of their new infrastructure or wtvr off of 71 -> n71. I missed that this phone didn't have band 71 4g LTE, or n71 5g which, upon further review is the band tmobile is gravitating towards for 5g rural/highway/pretty much get ready to drop calls and lose connectivity when you step out of the city. And for a camping phone that's ridiculous. Many reports of no refunds after sending phones back.

Mobile data trick
Works great with Verizon. The trick to get the mobile data to work is to set up the phone and then transfer you're working Verizon sim card in and it's work and is amazing. Projector looks amazing battery life is incredible cameras are great and phone is loud. And camping light is super bright
