So helpful! Great little device and I’m so happy to have it. I work nights and when I have a quick minute to get some reading in this light helps immensely. It lights up the whole page for me and doesn’t get in my way. I personally prefer the warm light option but I like that you can choose. I love that it’s flexible and can tilt in multiple ways for each page I’m on. It’s very light and slips right in my little book pouch. It does not feel cheap at all and I think it’s a great value for what it is/does. My one problem, the reason I didn’t give 5 stars, is the clip can potentially cause indentations on a page or on a soft cover book the cover itself. I’m just careful with it and if you put it on “the right way” it would be fine on the cover. I definitely suggest it and have been very happy I made the purchase! ... show more

I really love this reading light! It checks all of the boxes. 1.The battery life is quite strong. I can literally read for hours off of this light. Granted, I tend to use it on the lower setting, but that’s good because that leads me to my second positive. 2. This gives the right balance of light and privacy. It does not wake my wife up, even though she’s right next to me while I am reading. This was very important to me as she is a light sleeper. Again, I feel it is important to note that I use the lower setting. 3. You can adjust not just the brightness, but the warmth of the light. This works perfectly for me as I really like the cool white as opposed to the warm light. 4. The weight and the clip are very good. It’s actually rare that I mount it to a book because, in general, I just don’t like putting things on my books like that. it sometimes takes a little work, but I can balance it so I can have it nearby, such as on my chest, on a pillow, etc., so I can read. I have clipped it onto the book pages before without noticing any damage to the pages. 5. The angle of the light can be adjusted. It pivots a little bit, and that swivel is just the perfect amount to adjust for where I have it positioned while I’m reading. The last little booklight I bought was a disaster, as were the 2 before that. They didn't light the page properly, couldn't be adjusted so my eyes weren't bothered, and were a pain to use, in general. I read ALL of the reviews for this booklight, good and bad, and finally decided to give it a try. I ordered 2, fully expecting to return them. I LOVE THEM! Being able to change the lighting temperature to a softer, almost golden light helps my eyes when reading in a dark room, and being able to change the brightness of the light is absolutely great. The frosted lens reduces glare by 70%, which is also life-changing! It's not heavy or "gangly" so I don't feel like I'm wrangling a big light on my book -- it clips onto the book (I clip it on about 1/2" of the pages I haven't read yet) and doesn't budge. The flexible neck that the light is on allows adjustment that's perfect for you. And the cherry on top? The price is awesome! I couldn't be happier with this little light! ... show more

My booklight works Great!! The charge lasts a long time before I need to recharge it again. Sometimes it has lasted for two weeks, before the brightness begins to fade. I mostly have just used it in the late evenings when all the other regular lights in the house are turned off. I have even used it to find something in the dark, as if it were a mini flashlight. I like that it has 3 different light settings of blue, white or old fashioned yellow, and also 3 brightness settings.
