I bought two of these and I had to replace one because some hardware was broken. The oil pastels are actually crayons. The media could not be loaded. Yes, I am getting a refund. That's the only good thing about this purchase. I can't believe the seller would even try to sell this item like this. It's cracked in almost every corner, the wood is coming apart, and cracked. There's like a black film all over it, so the pink looks dirty. The paint brushes look like they've been used, and just look strange. They need better packaging because all the pencils fell out during shipping which also left marks all over the pink wood. The pencils look liked they have been used. This is the first time I've ever received a product from Amazon damaged, and you can tell it was damaged PRIOR TO SHIPPING. If you are on edge about getting this. DON'T. It also has like mildew/mold on it. Has a funny smell too. The quality of the products is like the lowest grade you can buy. I promise y'all. Don't get this! I just realized there's no paper pads with it either. ... show more
