Batteries work great and fit great in all my 20v max tools. Batteries last a long time and from what I can tell, is on par with the originals. The only thing I cannot test is the amperage. Not sure if these are a true 8ah because they're not as heavy as the originals, but they are powerful. The charger itself charges fast and gets a little warm, but that's normal. I think these are going to last long, and for the price, they hold tremendous value.

These Dewalt replacement batteries have been awesome for my tools. I use them mostly with my sawzall for my Sunday demolition projects and they last a really long time. The power output feels just like the original Dewalt batteries and the charger works fast. They fit snugly and don’t overheat even with heavy use. Definitely a solid kit for anyone who uses Dewalt tools regularly. Great value and dependable performance.

I like being able to charge my batteries but I had a hard time figuring our if it was charging or not and if I had the battery on right.

With regard to review by Cynthia Hart. I had same issue about loose fit and not charging, but upon investigation I found another user who said you needed to push battery down into charger with more force to get it to lock into charging position. This fixed the issue. Charging fine now

The batteries came charged and ran our dewalt tools. They will not take a charge. The charger doesn't charge other batteries. It feels super cheap. The batteries don't click in like a normal dewalt charger would they just sit on it and can jiggle around. Don't waste your time!

Charger works but you have to make sure the batteries are pushed in properly. The charger works for my other off-brand batteries that my Dewalt charger will not charge. However, the battery life is short of even low expectations. The size of this battery compares to 4Ah (4000mAh) Dewalt batteries. I ran a 11 amp load (portable tire inflator) for about 5 minutes before low voltage cut off stopped it. I used an in line meter and it totaled about 2900mAh of power was available prior to low voltage cut off happening the first time. Charge indicator on the battery went from full to 1 bar, it was fully charged prior to testing. FAR short of the claimed 8000 mAh, and short of even the 4000mAh I was thinking it might offer. If you run high power tools like a saw or grinder, don't bother. Probably ok for drills and other intermittent demand tools.
