I installed this item yesterday, and so far, it has exceeded expectations. It is less noisy than other portable AC units that I have owned, and has plenty of cooling power for my office. We are having something of a heat wave at the moment, but no issues. I am very pleased!

I love my new portable air conditioner, it’s performs beautifully! The air output is great… It’s a bit heavy, but not an issue… I would give 5 stars but, for 1 it’s loud and secondly, I don’t care to much for the duct hose! It’s hard to maneuver and it gets extremely hot… Thinking of replacing with a better upgrade for the hose and maybe a cover for it as well. But all and all, it’s a great investment, good purchase! I’ll see how it’s stands up to temps pass 104* degrees, because that’s what I was dealing with this pass weekend and it held up just find! But here in Arizona, it definitely can get up to 117* or 120*. Guess I’ll find out 😳 ... show more

Ive only had it a couple days, but i guess its the best $200 ive ever spent. The window kit works on my horizontal opening window which is almost four feet which is nice. Im using it to replace a window ac i bought last year for the same price, which i had to run 24/7, this one i only have to run a few hours at most cause it gets too cold, although my room is only 15' x 15'. Ive never put it on high because it already turns my room into a wind tunnel. Its kind of too good to be true. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Yeah the metallic vibrating noise coming from this one is unbearable to be in the same room with, maybe mine was defective but will be returning this one which is a major inconvenience and shows the consistency with this brand. Even when normal operation it doesn't let you choose a low noise mode its either low or high speed and i feel the low power mode is too loud to sleep through. ... show more

Set this up last night it was so easy so cute and sleek was worried it wouldn’t cool my whole room as it is quite big but I was pleasantly surprised it got cool quick moot noises at all absolutely in love with definitely worth it
