This is a really nice fireplace. It comes in two boxes. I got the firebox in just a few days but shipping was taking forever. Fedex couldn’t seem to find it. When I contacted the company, they immediately sent a new mantelpiece/case. The assembly has a lot of pieces. Lay out your parts in order and it will be a smooth process. The only complaint I have is the color of the “fire”. It’s too red and looks really phony. The “ stonework” is better than I expected and isn’t just a cheap piece of chipboard with a photo. It is actually about 1/8 inch plywood with a laminate. I can’t wait until Christmas to hang all of our stockings. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This product is outstanding. It came in 2 different shipments. I first received the heater insert, two or three days later I got the rest. I started on it immediately and finished it myself within a few hours. The instructions are clear and simple, and it was packaged really secure. It did have a couple of nicks or scratches on the top, but that was a easy fix. It's as sturdy as they come, it's a timeless gorgeous price of furniture. The flame effect has 3 different modes and looks very realistic. The remote control works it all, power, flame and heat. The size is perfect, all thought I would had preferred it to be a few inches taller. Long story short, I am very pleased and over joyed with my purchase. ... show more

This is a great piece and focal point in my living room. Even though the rock is paper, it looks like real rock. It did take several hours and 3 people to build it. The red flames are the only thing that do not seem realistic, but it is a great piece. It produces a great amount of heat as an option. Love that it has a remote, as well. One draw back was that the legs of the tv are too far apart to fit on the top of the unit. We had to turn the legs of the tv inward to get it to fit on the unit. The box came very badly damaged, but it was packed very well and did not have any damage to the unit. It does come in two separate boxes. This is well worth the purchase. ... show more

My $400 fireplace was missing two critical pieces for assembly and the fireplace can not be assembled without them. Replacements were not sent rendering the entire fireplace completely useless.

This is probably one of the best pieces of furniture I have ever gotten from Amazon. It is much prettier than you expect much more elegant and it really elevates a room. The only thing that I don’t like is, you can adjust the heat settings from the actual fireplace, but it is beautiful and really changes your room. It would be so nice if there were matching bookshelves that I could buy to go on either side. ... show more
