Very roomy, and doesn’t leak at all, had a bit of a hard time putting it together at first because we couldn’t find the instructions (they’re on the tag inside the bag, found them once we were putting the tent up) so it took us a little bit to get it up, but now that we know how it goes together, this thing can be put up and taken down pretty quickly. We had raccoons trying to get into our tent the first couple of nights and they didn’t succeed so, safe to say it’s raccoon proof. It does fit a queen mattress, but it is a cosy fit. The tent is a two room, not a three room tent. Set up was horrible! Good quality for the price, but I was looking for something larger.

We loved this tent it was perfect for the space we had and comfortably fit a large Queen air mattress. Not sure I would say 8 people if you put air mattresses but it fit 4 people and dog comfortably.
