Great product for weighting light and utility stands.. There was however, one missing plastic zip lock bag. 15 rather than 16 for the sand bag pockets. Had to improvise with a gallon storage bag.

I purchased these for projects around the house, at local community theaters, and for video production. The inner plastic bags are a bit better than your typical household storage bags. Though I would not use gravel to fill them. Wanting a total weight of 20 pounds, I tried filling each inner bag with 10 pounds of general purpose sand, and while I could close it, they were definitely filled to capacity. I ended up using one gallon freezer bags to avoid splitting and have some 'give' to the bags. The saddle bag material seems very good, though they are not double stitched. They may not stand up to the sort of rough handling I see in most theaters. But I expect with a bit of care they will last and are much less expensive than professional theater sandbags.
