This chest of drawers was just what I was looking for, for our guestroom. Something to keep an extra set of sheets, some of the grandkids extra clothes, and odds and ends. We keep a smallish size TV and lamp on the top. We love the black, good quality and value for the money. Easy to assemble, took us about 2 1/2 hours with no snags.

Perfect for a short term dresser, a little wobbly on hard floor but may be perfect on carpet. Tall, not very heavy, drawers are a good size for clothes, easy to put together but just takes about 3 hours

No crazy smells. Color is nice and neutral, exactly as advertised. We got the 9-drawer option and love it. Nice size and storage. Two pieces/boards had scratches, so we contacted the seller and they sent us a replacement right away. It was very easy to reach them and find a solution, so I'd say their customer service is 10 out of 10!

Pieces and parts are well labeled. Instructions on how to assemble are vague not thoroughly descriptive. Quality of product is okay. Following instructions base pieces 19 & 10 are assembled with correct screws, however a visible 1 inch gap remains. Needs more screws to keep product fit. I chose not to improvise and it is what it is:/

I just finished assembling. It was a little tricky learning each step with the hardware provided, I probably spent about 4 hours. There are lots of screws and parts to put together and the instructions are all pictures, no words. But I was able to figure it out. The drawers slide smooth and it seems pretty sturdy, more so than at first appeared when I opened the box. All of the pieces and parts are jammed and fitted into the box, but not in the order you will assemble, so be prepared to take everything out. All of the pieces are numbered. Kind of like putting a puzzle together. I'd do it again though, it wasn't too stressful when I went slow and looked at each picture of how things fit together. The fit and finish isn't perfect, but you get what you pay for.
