I got this rake for its portability, when I go to the horseshoe pitch in a nearby park. I use it to groom the sand. Very sturdy rake breaks down nicely. It works well, stays together during use without unscrewing. I like the two-sided nature with a "toothy" side, and the other side is more like a series of flat-topped mountains. The 77" was is very long, even for me (6'2"); I could have gone a size down. You don't need to use all the extensions, so it is adjustable. Great value for a full size rake though and not worth the effort to exchange. It is a little heavier than a similar-but-not-collapsible rake, but this was certainly necessary for strength when making it possible to break apart. Caveat: The first pole segment (the one that attaches to the rake itself) does not screw on-and-off like the other pole segments - the first segment is designed to be secured by two bolts and nuts. I worked around this issue by purchasing a large cotter pin at Lowes for under a dollar. With this approach, the rake fits neatly in a 5-Gallon bucket with my horseshoes, water bottle, and additional horseshoeing accoutrements.

I'm not a lawn professional or anything but I do handle my own lawn and try to maintain the landscaping as best as possible. I have a variety of tools and typically do everything myself. I've had to use rakes in the past for a few different tasks but this is specifically a lawn rake - so I used to to get leaves collected, pull up some dead plants and weeds. The product allowed me to do that pretty easily. It had two sides to the rake - one side with longer teeth that I used to pull material across the lawn and a side with shorter-teeth that allowed me to do some soil leveling with ease. Rake feels pretty sturdy, is made of some kind of metal material (including the head of the rake), was very simple to assemble. One feature I liked is that you can re-assemble the rake to multiple different sizes depending on your height and requirements. The packaging was very simple/straightforward - one thing I appreciated was that there was plastic-guards that covered the teeth while still in the packaging. There was an extra set of bolts - but otherwise you just need two. The package came complete with a mini screwdriver, some nuts to hold the bolts in place and a mini wrench to assist with bolt tightening. Overall don't have any complaints about the rake and look forward to using again in the future for lawn-related tasks.

I was afraid this was going to be some cheapo rake when I ordered but it I'm pleasantly surprised it is not. In fact, it seems plenty heavy duty to the size of weeds you can pull with this thing. I got the four section, 63 inch model. It seems like the goldilocks size for me and I'm 6 ft. Using it feels right... not too short or long. You don't need to use all four pieces so I probably could have got the large one and just used three sections. But anyway, this works well for me. I like how there's two different tine sizes you access by just flipping the rake over. There's long tines which will really reach down and grab some roots, and a small tine that seems best apt to be used for leveling ground as the tines are not sharp... they are sorta short and nubby. The hardware holding the rake head on is decently sized it seems and the rake head is secure. I just hope they are truly rust resistant as advertised. Overall, this rake will be put through it's paces as my garden grows.

It is handy for a mix of yard chores. It is easy to assemble and feels sturdy to hold. I have used it to gather up grass clippings left behind by the mower, and it does the job well. It’s also been useful for loosening soil in my small vegetable patch. Like most rakes of this style, I feeks to use it more comfortable to wear gloves, or after a while, bare hands can get a bit sore where the handle rests. It’s not a heavy duty tool, but for general lawn cleanup and light gardening, it’s been a nice helper.

This a nice rake. It's replacing a 50 year-old rake that wore out. I appreciate the care taken in packaging, with molded protectors on the tines to protect fingers during unpacking. I like the sections. I was a little unsure whether they would stay together during use as I've experienced other products loosening up during use, but that is NOT the case here. I did not use one section. I imagine this extra section will be of use for someone a bit taller than my 5'8" and I like being able to shorten the handle for other uses, increasing its functionality and value for me.

This rake is great! It comes with all of the hardware and tools that you need to assemble the long handle as well as attach it to the head. Once it's assembled, the rake feels very solid and strong. The double-sided design is ingenious-you're getting two rakes for the price of one.
