Received this earlier than expected, however mine did not come with the assembly instructions. I submitted a message to the seller, but it was late, and I had already taken everything out of the box, so figured I’d at least try putting it together to ease my wife’s annoyance with the mess I’d created. For anyone that runs into the same problem, hopefully this guide helps: 1) Start by connecting the vertical tubes with the shorter sidebars at the respective top and bottom holes, 2) connect the longer crossbar on one end at the next hole beneath that first shorter sidebar, 3) connect the other side of the longer crossbar at the 9th hole from the corresponding hole on the other vertical tube (so 10 holes down if you start from the hole used to connect the shorter sidebar), 4) install the next short sidebar under that, then rinse and repeat steps 2-4 with the remaining crossbars and sidebars. Where the horizontal beams go is up to you, be sure to slide them into the grooves to lock them in real good, secure them further with the locking pins provided, the shelving sheets should slide/pop right in easily, and use the ones with the lips as your inner sheets. Customer Service responded to my message in just a few hours, and mind you I sent the message around 6:30pm central time. I had already finished putting it together, but still give credit where it is due. They apologized for the inconvenience, provided a high def PDF of the booklet of the assembly manual, and have supposedly reported the issue to their warehouse to hopefully help with the quality control. Pretty happy considering that reply came in after 10pm central time meaning someone was working late. Ease of Assembly- 5/5. Once I figured out where the first piece went, it was pretty straight forward and everything sort of fell into place from there on. Mind you I am not the smartest or craftiest person around, so if I can figure it out I have faith that anyone can do it. Once I got rolling it took me maybe an hour to finish. Quality - 5/5. The metal is powder-coated, just thick enough to be nice and sturdy but not too heavy for anyone to be able to move the whole shelf around without throwing out your back, holes were drilled/pressed clean and no alignment issues. Value - 5/5. For the $170 I paid, I found this to be more-than-worth the money compared to plastic and other non-metal shelving I was shopping around for that would have cost me more to get the same shelf space. Looks and Fit - 5/5. Black will look good with just about anything, and it fits my garage space nicely. I got the 60in width 70in height since I’m 6’3 and it fits the intended space perfectly. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone looking for large, configurable, quality storage space without having to break the bank for it.

If I leave feedback there's a reason. 5000 lbs. Is a joke this unit cannot handle the weight of 23" 2"x8" cut offs and hickory boxes, without collapsing, no joke I put this rack together this morning and it is bending in several places. Junk junk junk, I have filed a refund claim, false advertising and waste of my time and shop time. Save yourself the trouble. Now instead of a refund they want to send me another junk shelf, blaming the issue on weight distribution, keep in mind 5000 pounds between 4 shelves. Junk

This isn't bad for the price. The gauge thickness is a bit thin compared to some premium racks but this is sturdy and does hold a good amount of weight. This is really easy to assemble and move which makes it a plus. If you're looking to store a ton or more of weight I would go with a thicker gauge metal rack.

Bought 2 of them for container storage and they were perfect. Fits 12-15 yellow lid storage containers. Directions were confusing but assembly is common sense. 2nd shelf went faster after figuring out first shelf. The shelf bottoms are thin, so centering heavy weight on them are going to cause problems. Its is about weight distribution so if you have heavy items that cannot utilize the frame edges, you might have issues. For us and storage container type things, it was perfect.

The shelving unit is wide and tall enough but the shelves don't seem to be "safe" to put a load on em. The material es really thin. I mean thinner than the thickness of a dime coin. There are 4 shelves and on thise 4 shelves There are 4 "plates" to put what ever you want. But the problem is only the 2 plates on far right and far left HOOK in front of the front and back rail, the center 2 plates SIT on a 1/4 edge (maybe a little more)making them unstable to carry a load. So if by chance the front and back rails decide to open up the entire load(s) will collapse. In May case I have 3 3D printers and other equipment all equal to around to $5000, makes me hesitant to put em all on these shelves. Would not recommend
